Haha so I'm blogging this post on the plane home... Enjoy!

9th Jan - 18 Jan
Flew back to UK for a med sch interview with imperial college... Crashed at Anais's place back in Portsmouth. Was like coming back to an old haunt. Familiar with almost everything back there. Was snowing alot too! Everywhere was covered in snow! Haha

Sales everywhere though... Ended up shopping alot... Haha

Went up to London on the 12th for the interview... Dunno how I'll do but I have a feeling I screwed it up... Just the ethics question I think I answered it pretty well. After that was shopping! First up was at harrolds for Ivy's LV bag... -_-||| then more shopping at zara! Sales back in sg can't even compare to the sales here man... £6.99 for each tshirt... Woot!

Friday I took a train down to Brighton with my bike! Smart move to do so cos it made going from point to point much much faster, especially when time is of the essence in a day trip. Haha

The little pic of 2 police officers kissing is something that made Brighton into a well known gay/lesbian/bisexual/transexual town. I only cycled through that part of town when there was still daylight... Dun dare to go when the sun set... Lol

Sat went up to Bristol with my bike again. Wise decision again cos the iconic Clifton suspension bridge was seriously way too far away and I had to hike a frigging steep hill along te way...

Sun went to Anais's bf place for a couple of hours... Parked my bike downstairs within sight from the window. Checked it was there abt 2-3hrs before I came down to cycle home. Stunned that the chain had been broken and my bike stolen... T.T sad and angry at myself for not bringing it up to the house. Sigh. This is a tribute to u dear bike. U served me well though my ass still aches cos I haven't been cycling for awhile now...

Had dinner at a spanish place... Lucky us they were having an all u can eat buffet for £10!!! Haven't had tapas before so it was nice trying something new. Food was NICE!!!!!!!

WOW! it's been almost 2 months since I last blogged... Started working at A-STAR for about 1.5 months... Work is a blast and my colleagues are whacky and zany, always cracking jokes and doing lame shit...

Still trying to study at the same time for my MCAT exam due in March... Hope I get more interviews for med school though... So far it's only Manchester and Imperial Collage... Which I have to fly over to UK to do the imperial interview... Luckily there's a regional office here in sg for the Manchester one... Warwick and Southampton left to reply... Nerve wrecking everytime you read your email... Never know what they may send you... Rejection or offer for interview... I hope the latter...

Watched a couple of movies... 2012 which was not bad. Anyone wanna start a weekend project with me to build an ark! Wahahaha yeah and ninja assassin which had lots of action and red paint/blood haha. And rain probably can't speak muck English so he said very few lines... Also watched storm warriors which SUXXXXXXXX like fuck man! Story can be summed up in 5 mins... Aaron spoke less than 10 lines even though he's the main character... Waste of time and money... Avatar thou was GOOOOOD!!! Graphic-wise and storyline... Just awesome... Although some scenes just had too much neon lights... Haha

Haha yeah so anyways, got myself an iPhone 3GS 32GB! kick ass man! Wooooo timed it so nicely when all the 3 telcos were slashing their prices haha. This baby is some powerful shit man... Especially the apps! Right now I'm blogging this post via iPhone! Haha

okies... long time since i last blogged... haha busy looking for a job... finally got one with a star! woohoo! next time can jio hui lin and siqi go holland for makan/drinks! haha

so first up, drove to newton to pick up siqi... insane jam cos of the $1 petrol shell was having... then somehow i got off the wrong exit and went to holland... not holland v... holland (lost) lorong chuan seemed to be everywhere! haha but somehow we managed to navigate back to AMK... then met up with yen yen, soo chan and chee lun for dinner. then drove to the night safari! finding a carpark lot was madness... the queue for tickets was even worse! the queue was from the bus stop! O_O haha so yeah... i came prepared with a scream mask and chopper since it was halloween... but like everyone else wasnt dressed for it... so sad... at best there were plenty of people wearing the devil horn hairbands... oh wells...

man... why the heck is SGH so damn big! and like NOBODY knew where the school of nursing was... except one old security guard who carried a map along with him... haha well so i finally found the place/hr department... den had my certs checked etc... then off to another place for the interview... here comes the fucked up part...

yeah so i stepped into this fat guy's office... n 2 hags n a doc slacking in a couch behind...

so tell me abt yourself says the fat fucktard...

so i began telling him i just got back for a month and just sent my scientific paper draft over to my supervisor to read... so he starts asking me abt my project etc...

so after saying all this, he asks how long is my honours project. 6 months i replied. den he says oh u noe here in sg its 4 yrs for honours?

LIKE FUCK I KNOW THAT SOOOO DAMN WELL... IF U FUCKING HAVENT BEEN LIVING IN A FUCKING WELL FOR THE PAST 1000000 YEARS OF UR FUCKING FAT LIFE, U WOULD HAVE KNOWN AND READ MY CV THAT I CAME FROM UK!!! BTW UK IS 3RD YR HONOURS YR MORON.

*CRACK CRACK CRACK* haha yea so today i went to visit a chiropractor at central for my neck ache which i've been having since i got back from UK... amazing what he can do with just a few weird twisting and turning of the body to get the spine back to alignment... NELSON! crack my neck for me!!! hahaha but only after u have like 3 yrs experience... LOL somehow my spine at C7 position was out of place... dunno how that happened though... but i feel much better now though not completely cured... but still much much better... i just dun understand how it works... its like just twisting the spine here and there then the spine will just fall right back into place... MAGIC! haha oh wells... finally sent my paper draft to my supervisor to have a read through... hope i can publish my first paper soon!

OK its been a friggin long time since i blogged... tons of stuff happened... and tons of moving stuff from place to place... went to rome for a couple of days... nice n sunny there... ahhhh~

watched ice age 3d, had a bbq in the blistering cold wind... cycled around portsmouth...

Went to salisbury/stonehenge and bath with my aunts... nice place...

friggin huge plate of fish n chips... SCARY!

FINALLY graduated... kinda disappointed that i didnt win the book prize... i knew i could have done better... haiz...

went to take the UKCAT in london on 23rd... got barred from entering cos i didnt bring my passport and they rejected my driving licence though they stated that they accepted driving licences as a form of ID... just that there was invisible print stating only UK or EU driving licences are allowed... my like HOW THE FUCK CAN I SEE INVISIBLE PRINT? FUCKING POLICY... every ID on me clearly states that i am who i am... morons... to make things worse, my phone was pms-ing... every few minutes it goes and reset itself... calling was a pain in the ass... so all my plans for that day was ruined... so i decided to take the earlier coach back and not to stay in that depressing place... i couldn't even get a refund and can't reschedule the test... ASSHOLES! 60 pounds GONE not including the transport and lunch money... -___-ZZZ

went to heathrow on 24th and spent the night at the hotel... 25th morning went to check in my bags... omg im lucky not to get charged for having overweight bags of 30kg... :S haha oh wells... too much books n notes... lol

26th reached back Singapore... home sweat home... suddenly i miss UK all of a sudden... especially the weather... i swear i was gonna melt the moment i stepped out of the airport... haha didn't sleep a wink on the flight home... movie marathon! haha and still managed to drive back home! LOL had jap dinner and durians for dessert... YUMS! haha slept at like 4+... bodyclock still in UK time... haha

27th went to watch harry potter... OMFG! IT SUX! SAVE YOUR MONEY! WATCH IT SOMEWHERE NOT IN A CINEMA!!! hahaha just my opinion though...

28th went to meet up with nel n heman... no more hunting gang... sad... walked around the NEW orchard road... only 2 new buildings thou... ion and orchard central... yea and we saw Xia Xue at ion... WOW she is SHORT! with 5+inch heels too! hahaha anyways we ended up watching this R21 korean show... "THANK YOU VERY MUCH" HEMAN -_-ZZZ ok in one sentence... it is the korean version of brokeback mountain... i'll never forgive you for burning those images into my cornea heman!!! AND THE ACTRESS WASN'T HOT AT ALL!!! the fuck scenes were so damn fake too... the actor's cock was either deformed and out of place at his thighs or the actress's pussy was somewhere near her hip bone... -_- hahaha

29th went to take the UKCAT at international plaza... could have done it better if the fag next to me wasn't hammering on the keyboard like a mad monkey... haha anyways i had the score immediately... average of 675/900... 75% i hope its enough to get me into medicine... :S had supper with nel, heman, jay, jz and hr... drove to lao pa sat... haha chatted as always about army and navy stuff... hahaha nel's leaving for perth tmr... so damn fast... once again our gang isnt at full strength... haha

wonder what the future holds in store for me... what this next year will be like... where my 2010 will be spent and what will i be doing... phd or medicine... sg?uk?hk?aussie? sigh so many questions but no real answers...

my whole life has been nothing but pleasure and leisure with the occassional mugging season... minimal work experience, plenty of studying... now looking back... i envy the schooling kids alot now... for them its just finishing primary school, finish secondary school, go into jc or poly and then go into uni... life for me now is like going into the deep end of the swimming pool... can i swim back to the wading pool please? i wanna be a student again~

I ♥ SG DAY LONDON 09!!! so this yr, sg day was held at hampton court palace... really nice place... esp the cute trees... lol man the food was great... just not enough space in my stomach to try them all... missed out on laksa, bbq seafood, hill street char kway teow, bak kut teh, rojak, indian rojak and kuey chap... haha oh wells... haha so it was queue for food while eating the one u collected at the stall before that... lol queueing and eating makes queueing seem shorter... i think... lol anyways the entertainment was great too! goodiebags etc... which surprisingly, alot were still unclaimed at the end of the event... maybe the kiasu mentalty only sets in when ur back in sg... LOL haha yeah i also took home 2 bottles of satay sauce... cos when i went to redeem 1 bottle, the guy said they are lonely so gave me 2... LOL haha n its also on Straits Times!

Some 12,000 people turn up for event that celebrates all things Singaporean

London - Britain's busiest train station reverberated with lots of 'lahs' and 'lors' yesterday morning.

Scores of Singaporeans were there to catch trains for south-west London. They were headed for Hampton Court Palace where this year's Singapore Day was held.

Neurosurgeon Vinothini Apok, 28, who has lived in Britain for nine years, said: 'I am looking forward to being among the unique social mix that defined my childhood and early adolescence again.'

Some 12,000 Singaporeans who live and work in Britain, and even from other parts of Europe, attended the event organised by the Singapore Government at an estimated cost of S$6 million. A small army of hawkers, performers, civil servants and other support staff was flown in to pull it off.

The grounds of the palace were turned into a mini version of Singapore, with areas marked 'Clarke Quay', 'Tanglin', 'Katong', 'Dempsey Hill' and 'Lau Pa Sat'.

Filmmaker Eric Khoo, the event's creative director, had overseen every detail.

His tongue-in-cheek touches included an ERP (Electronic Road Pricing) gantry at the main entrance and, in the goodie bags distributed, packets of wet wipes labelled 'Chope!'

The space was designed around displays and interactive installations to update Singaporeans on the latest developments back home, from education to national service.

People could sign up to become volunteers at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games which will be held in Singapore, or join one of the Singapore associations abroad.

Singapore employers were also on hand recruiting for jobs in health care, law, finance and the public sector.

haha yes today i had dinner with MMM! Mah Mon Moey! or Mrs Ho... my biochem lecturer from SP! haha she came over to portsmouth to check out some stuff for the cardiac tech ppl... chatted with her over dinner at hong kong tea bar... was so much fun seeing a familiar face... haha catching up with ur lecturer can be so much fun... oh wells... till another lecturer comes over to UK to buy me dinner again then... hahaha

oh yeah... finally the 1st sem results are finalised... woots! haem got pushed up to 70! thou its only 1 mark... but still! haha cytology also got pushed up by .4 to 63.4 and the rest still remained the same... case study... stupid la... shouldnt have done gavin's malaria one... marked so strict... 64 nia... but i wonder how i got 70 for haem when he failed more than half the class... hmmm... transfusion i wished it would be higher... but only managed 76... micro also fared bad by my standards... getting 73... clinical chem was still stuck at 70... haiz... means this sem's average is 69.4 missing 1st class by .2? gotta focus on project n biology of disease now... need to score freaking high in project and do well enough in BOD... hope i can do it... :S

WOOTS!!! today i went for my class outing to gosport for GO-KARTING!!! WOOTS!!! haha uber fun! and my first time too... haha hamilton in the making! hahaha the first session of 15 mins was not too bad... getting used to the speed and control of the kart... langa abit... but it was all good... second session of 15 mins was AWESOME! haha UK DRIFT! and pulled off some sick moves too! like overtaking 4 ppl in the last hairpin FROM THE OUTSIDE! hahaha came in 4th/11 fastest lap for both times... haha my fav turn is the one after the downhill where u have the most speed and the nicest turn to drift... hahaha

WOOTS!!! finally 5 exams over... phew! the last one had to be the worst... coz my mind was not focused on studying but instead on post exam activities... hahaha yeah so anyways i got a bike! bought it on gumtree for 40 quid... impulse buy but it was a good buy! haha and the seller was really quick... cos i emailed him with my offer and my no. awhile later, he called to ask where i live and that hes gonna deliver it then! haha and he even gave me a bike lock... yeah its so called "new" cos he assembles bikes and sells them... everything in working condition... just that the seat was abit high... and now my ass hurts... haha not used to sitting on a triangle seat ok... so after the exams, i went to poundland and got a bike flat tyre kit for a pound (thats y its called poundland) and a bike pump, and some AAA batteries... then i went to sportsdirect to get a U lock for 5.99, and mr cheap who is having a half price sale now till sat and bought LED lights for the front and back for 2 pounds. so total i spent 51 pounds on the bike and accessories! haha i think its a bargain man... cos other friends spend at least 50 on their bike... and its self assembled... lol yeah so now going to tesco is so much faster... basically everywhere is so much faster... haha and the roads are good to cycle... cos i guess the drivers here are used to having cyclists on the road... unlike back home where they will horn at every fucking cyclist they see... hahaha me included... :P but hey! its cos theres road tax and stuff ok! and over here there are bike lanes... so bikes ARE allowed on the roads... ha

haha so today i went all the way to asda with jenny... super far walk sia... :S bought some groceries and a big microwavable bowl... hahaha yes im finally gonna use the microwave to cook... going pok kai already... haha so after shopping we went back to use her kitchen... and i learnt how to cook spaghetti in a microwave! haha and boil broccoli and mushrooms in it as well! wahaha turned out quite good to my surprise... haha so what i did was chop up the veg and wash it before placing them in a bowl of hot water. set the microwave for 2 mins and drain. pasta was similar just cooking it for 5 mins then stirring it then cooking it for another 5 mins... drain and add the veg and pasta sauce and cook for another min... haha quick fix meal! woots! next time im gonna add sausages into my pasta! YUM! hahaha and apparantly the microwave can also fry eggs! hahaha add oil and crack the egg in a container and set to 40 seconds... voila! haha maggie mee with egg and sausages! haha yeah and i also managed to make my cheesecake! in a frying pan... wahahaha needed a bit of tweaking thou... cos i couldnt find konnyaku powder... instead i found pork gelatin! haha turns out quite similar... maybe not as solid as konnyaku thou... maybe less water next time... and hopefully i can find the nestle cream instead of using evaporated milk... lol oh well... frying pan cheesecake! haha

yeah so 4 days of london... awesome stuff... so i went with mei ching, jian quan, tzu yao and jenny. pics are all on fb... lol

so day 1 from portsmouth & southsea to london waterloo... then to royal oak to check into the torquay hostel... lucky me cos i got a free upgrade to an en suite room! haha had lunch at some store across the road then went to see big ben n the houses of parliament. walked over to the london eye then took the tube to Trafalgar square to the national portrait gallery. then headed over to chinatown and had dinner. had ckt... char kuay tiao... hahaha thats what they called it... then after dinner we went to Leicester square and watched ppl play the carnival games to win some big stuffed toys... lol then after that we went over to london bridge... took more photos then went backto the hostel

day 2 went to kensington palace and fet the squirrels with oreo... played with ducks and swans as well as pidgeons... lol had fish n chips for lunch then went to the national history museum, science museum and imperial collage. then at night we had kfc and took some pics at the london tower.

day 3 was stadium day! haha went to wembly and took pics with our england jersey! haha then it was the emirates stadium! haha too bad im not an arsenal fan... lol then we went to buckingham palace then had lunch at waterloo bk. then we went to the war museum and then to the british museum. went to chinatown for dinner again and after that we went to the O2 stadium. after that me and tzu yao went to upton park to visit the west ham stadium while the rest went back to the hostel. haha 3 stadiums in 1 day... lol

day 4 again me n tzu yao went to stanford bridge to visit the chelsea stadium... haha fun stuff there man! CHELSEA No FAN! wahahaha then after that we went to meet up with the rest at oxford circus for some shopping! haha huge huge stores! zara, FCUK, topshop, topman, mango, miss selfridge, dorothy perkins... all at least 3 floors each! haha nike town was the coolest by far... omg... followed by a huge apple shop... lol shopping paradise but all selling winter clothes... nothing to buy! hahaha had pizzahut for lunch then we went over to the london tower. nothing fancy inside it thou... then me n tzu yao rushed over back to the emirates stadium to meet van persie and almunia! hahaha got their autographs man!!! WOOTS!!! hahaha queued for over an hour... but it was fucking worth it! lol after that we headed over to chinatown and i had chicken rice for dinner! lol then the rest had to leave cos their train was at victoria so i went to hunt for my sashimi! lol finally got it man! salmon, tuna and sea bass! woots tastes fantastic man! haha yeah then it was back to waterloo and back to portsmouth... time to mug... :(

Yeah so today i had dinner with my neighbour at this place called hong kong tea bar which is like a 20 min walk from our place... but the walk was worth it ok! look at the mountain of rice! hahaha i had the duck, bamboo shoots and garlic sauce with egg fried rice and milk tea for 4.30 quid... much much cheaper than mayfair which is around the block for ordering just for convenience sake... lol

Yoga strictly for exercise: Muis

MUSLIMS in Singapore can continue to practise yoga if and only if they are consciously doing it for the sole purpose of health.

The Islamic Religious Council of Singapore or Muis on Friday said in a statement that the yoga should not involve religious rituals beyond that taught in the Islamic faith, and remain only a form of exercise.

Yoga as an exercise is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

This is done through the performing different poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.

Muis said in practising any form of exercise - mental or physical - Muslims should always be conscious of all its aspects to better understand and 'distinguish between physical an religious expressions'.

'In this spirit, the Fatwa Committee had issued a fatwa in 1984 which sought to explain that Muslims are not allowed to practice yoga in a form that clearly contains elements of the rituals, such as recitations and beliefs of other faiths,' said Muis.

This statement follows in the wake of a fatwa or religous ruling issued by Malaysian clerics against yoga because of its Hindu roots.

Muis also said it received queries regarding its stand on yoga.

Indonesia's top Islamic body said on Thursday it will consider banning Muslims from practicing yoga.

Cleric Ma'ruf Amin said the Ulema Council was trying to determine if the ancient Indian exercise could corrupt the faith of believers.

WINDSOR CASTLE

yeah so today i went to windsor castle... really cool place but too bad i couldnt take photos of the interior... they scared the flash will burn the castle down again... lol yeah so i went to the st george's chapel where they burried most of the kings and knights there... creepy but the architecture was amazing... especially since it was built in that time and the technology of the building was just amazing... then i went to see queen mary's doll house... wtf man... its so realistic! the rooms were so well intricately decorated and with such realism... like the chess pieces were so real! the books had actual pages with writing inside too! then i went to tour the state apartments... there was like an armoury room full of guns, sabres etc then the different roal rooms... the bedroom is like 10 times the size of my dorm la.... -_- the dressing room was just as big... and every room was different... including the celing and carpeting... wtf man... hahaha so after touring the castle, i went to tour the town, cross the Thames river, find some quirky shops, do some shopping and grab some grub before heading back to Portsmouth for dinner... had craving for seafood hor fun... haha and lucky it was served there too! lol well then enjoy the pics... too tedious to upload onto blogger...

yeah so i just had this crazy idea of setting up a UK shopping collection point. so u buy stuff from uk, mail it to me and i mail it back home... haha cos theres miss selfridge, dorothy perkins, topshop, warehouse, la senza, river island, topman and marks and spencer cos their choc and snacks are cheap! yeah books are also cheap here. waterstones for example... anyways sea freight is like £150 for 90kg, which is like 3 bookchests of 31X41X51cm each having a max of 30kg. £125 for 30kg, £140 for 60kg. if u take the £150 for 90kg, it'll work out to be £1.70/kg X 2.54 = ~$4.30 SGD/kg. takes 56 days though... any takers? lol

omg im so into onenote 2007... like last time i used to do notes in hardcopy... now its softcopy! haha and so much easier too! but thats with the help of my digi cam's function of auto cropping the pic cos theres this whiteboard mode... yeah so its just snap snap snap pics of my lecture notes and just drag them into onenote... then go online and research for more into and clip them to the side. i can even highlight! hahaha oh wells just one pointer... do not install the ms office 2007 sp1 cos if u do, u'll lose a couple of functions. the bad part is that u cannot uninstall the sp1... u have to system restore as uninstalling and reinstalling office does not work. yeah

OMFG! i just finished zheng-ing my lappy man! hahaha its so fucking awesome!

ok so in the background is the mac os leopard wallpaper which u can get from anywhere... then at the bottom is this really cool app called rocketdock... then then cool fan appearance is a patch from it called stacks docklet.

then this is another app called vista virtual desktop manager... a really neat app that lets u do multiple stuff at the same time. so like on the top left corner i'm reading up on journals and stuff, on the top right corner is my itunes, on the bottom left corner im blogging and doing all my leisure stuff and in the bottom right corner is free. u can make up to 16 of these i think... pretty neat huh? haha im such a tech freak... lol

now my com feels like a mac... hahaha cos the rocketdock is like the mac's docklet and the virtual desktop is like mac's spaces application. all without the hassle of owning a mac! hahaha

ps never ever install this theme called vista os X. if u do, before installing u gotta create a recovery point cos the uninstaller does not work. theres only a half working one out in the web. ya but anyways the creater made this theme by "stealing" the apps of rocketdock, stacksdocklet, vista virtual manager, the left sided minimise n close buttons, the green, yellow and red buttons and threw in an ad into the startup to brag his stolen creation. luckily i managed to revert the settings to just leaving me with the mouse settings as that of a mac. haha eat that u stealer.

heres my first 4 days in portsmouth... enjoy!

25th so after touching down my dad and i took the shuttle bus to avis car rental to get our car... drove down to portsmouth which took about 1.5 hrs... good thing for GPS man... made the trip much easier... haha

yeah so life here is kinda slow... first day i went to my hall which is Rees Hall. its the only 2 halls that is catered food... and the food spread is really good... yeah so anyways went to do payment of the school fees and accommodation fees... got a discount for my school fees of 1000 pounds and an additional 2% cos i paid in advance... haha total spent was around 13000 pounds... then after that i went to register for the course... my dad went to check into his hotel... after that we went to check out the train station and then had dinner at a chinese bar... food here is like friggin ex... 6 pounds for a plate of chow mien... wtf... so anyways its kinda chilly here... temp ranging from 10 to 19 deg celcius... however, i notice the UV rays here is much stronger than in Singapore... cos my transition lenses always go to the darkest tone even when i'm under the shade away from the sun...

26th went to have breakfast at some pastry shop... 2 pounds plus... went to the uni to get my education certs checked but my registration form hasn't been printed out yet... so i had to go back on monday to do so... wtf... so after that my dad and i went to hsbc to get my uk debit card... got the card but not the pin... sianz... then i went to deposit 500 pounds into my account... should last me 1 to 2 months ba... i hope... haha then we tried to get a sim card but it requires my account pin code... fark... haha oh wells... explored the place abit then had lunch at an aussie bar... food was kinda cheap... 4 pounds or so...

after that we went for a talk on the uni... then took some pics... then we went for dinner at a chinese takeaway place... 6 pounds plus per person...

at night went to the union and tried out the club... totally different from sg man... no grinding! wtf... and the music is really not my style... house and trance with british accent... hahaha dancing here is different too... dance in a circle and if u wanna show off, u go to the middle of the circle and show ur stuff... haha like those dance movies like that... well the only thing is that booze and the entry is quite cheap... entry is around 2-4 pounds and booze is around 3 pounds or less...

27th went to have breakfast in that pastry shop again... then went to do more exploring... found tesco... which is like UK's NTUC price range but carrfour's size and range of products... bought some stuff back and then had lunch at the hall... wow the spread is really good... ate till i was stuffed man... haha then went back to the dorm for awhile before heading down to watch the arsenal match at the bar... haha man they lost 2-1... stunning goals from hull man... haha then after that we ate at the bar and shared a meal cos both my dad and i were stuffed from lunch... haha

28th woke up kinda early... webcam with my aunts and then my mom, sis and bro... taught them how to sign up for freewire so that they can call my room phone from their lappys for free... then had breakfast and then my dad came over as well... cleared up the room for awhile before having lunch... then we went over to his hotel to watch the F1 Singapore Grand Prix... wow it was a nice race... ferrari totally wasted their chances... especially massa... wtf man... from pole to last... -_-ZZZ haha and alonso went from zero to hero... stupid ferrari and their semi automatic pitstop system... just stick to the lollipop system la... u dont see flying fuel tubes in the pits don't you? haha and raikkonen was just pure stupid... that chicane on turn 10... over drove into the chicane and lost control cos the car bounced off it... oh wells...

anyways after the race, dad n i went to cascades shopping arcade... nice stuff here sia... hahaha theres marks and spencer, warehouse, miss selfridge, dorothy perkins, topshop, topman, river island... haha yeah so anyways topman jeans are on offer at 25 pounds... not that cheap i think... but should wait for the spring or summer sale... cos now is autum sale... oh wells... dinner had takeaway from another chinese place... 9 pounds... knn... like 1 week already spent more than 50 pounds... -_-ZZZ

So today i went to HSBC to do some stuff for my bank account in portsmouth... but my relations manager wasn't on duty today... so mon i gotta go back to do it... then went to have lunch at crystal jade at taka with dada... then after that she went home to nap and i went home to change. then we met up once again at vivo for dinner then walked around for awhile. then jay and heman came and we went to st james first then waited for the rest to come... well it was my first time at power house and it was dada's first time going clubbing! haha so yeah had to take care of her... plus i had to drive her back so no drinking... haha besides, yesterday already drink le... haha so anyways the crowd was quite good i must say... though grinding girls would be kinda hard cos theres 2 girls only platform for them to dance on... music was abit wierd... cos they can shift from a nice r&b song to some oldies and back again... haha yeah so anyways the rest got high with the exception of heman... who was "higher" than the rest... haha but not to the point of imaginary piano mode... hahahaha so then we all went to harbourfront centre and had mac for supper before i cabbed home with dada then drove her back... luckily i got licence already... if not sure super ex sia... haha

then after that i went to comex again to change the digital photoframe cos it was missing the stand and AC adapter... haha after that i went to redeem the free luggage from planet traveler cos if you spend $2500 in 3 reciepts at comex with UOB credit card, you get a luggage. yeah so after that i met up with darling for dinner at astons at the cathay. another cheap and good place to eat. super filling too! so darling had the black pepper fish with corn and coleslaw. i had the crispy fried chicked with pasta salad and potato salad. YUMMY! hahaha yeah so then after dinner we went to the adidas store and played some foosball... darling is getting better already... haha can score a few goals le... haha yeah so then we took some pictures of the F1 car at the lobby... damn i cant watch the singapore F1 race cos my school starts on the same day!!! argh... anyways we headed back to my place cos i was still dragging the luggage around and its kinda troublesome to fetch her back first. so instead my dad drove her back cos its still 7th month and im still not really allowed to drive at night... only the day with dad's supervision... haha

so a little update for the past week... last sunday darling came over to my place and we made 2 non baked cheesecakes! hahaha i think i finally remembered my old recipe... haha i think the ingredients are:

monday we went to the singapore flyer and had lunch at popeyes... then we went to watch death race at marina square... the show was so so la... though it was kinda cool to have a show like twisted metal... hahaha

so fri darling went to see the doc and stayed home so no patoh... instead we ended up watching the semi-finals of the women's team table tennis match of Singapore VS Korea... man it was a heart attack match sia... haha in the end Singapore won and thus will get at least a silver for the olympics... cool sia... maybe can get public holiday... haha then at night heman n nelson camped over at my place for some hunting again... haha damn i think my analogue stick is getting wonky... too much monster hunter damages ur psp's analogue stick... haha

sat was national day... went out with darling to ikea for lunch... walked around ikea cos darling wanted to buy a box to keep her stuff... couldnt find a nice design that she liked... haha... then after that we walked over to anchorpoint for some shopping... anchorpoint has a few "outlet" shops so its good for budget shopping... haha yeah so after that we went to city hall and had early dinner at soup spoon... then we walked over to marina square and squeezed through the crowd just to get a decent spot to watch the F16 fly around and to watch the fireworks... gahmen give free show must watch ma... hahaha yeah it was quite nice i would say... so after that we made our way to esplanade... should i say TRIED to make our way there... cos it was friggin blocked off thanks to the road block... wtf... like the whole esplanade was isolated la! idiotic planners... dunno what are they thinking... tried all methods to go to the esplanade la... NB... ended up walking for a whole hour and back to the same spot... so we gave up and went back to the mrt station instead... send her home then luckily managed to catch the last bus back home...

sunday went to centrepoint to buy some winter clothes for UK... then as we were going back to the car park, we saw this shop selling ladies shoes... 70% off storewide... WTF its like 100 times worse than my room la! hahaha i wonder how to find ur size sia...

monday went to AMK hub to watch journey to the centre of the earth with my brother and sister and darling... my parents went to watch money no enough 2... wow the crowd was CRAZY!!! omg... luckily we had the UOB platimun card so can cut the queue abit... man... watching movies at the heartlands is a crazy thing to do... worse still is its kinda like a public holiday too... oh wells the movie was quite nice... just alot of CG thou... so after that we had dinner at ichiban boshi then after that we drove darling back home before heading home as well...

so yesterday i went swimming with chee han n rusty at jurong east swimming complex around 4+... forgot to bring my goggles n so i was swimming 10 laps with my head popped up above the water... now its giving me a back ache... :S yeah anyways saw a few chio bus too sia... even one couple making out in the pool... free show!!! ahahaha yeah n now i also know y the pool is so salty... nb... like sea water lo... ahahahaha so after that we drove to IMM and snacked there before going over to Chevrons for dinner at the chinese restaurant... so yeah it was like an ala carte buffet... so we just whacked everything... hahaha damn full sia... so after the dinner, all the posting out personnel, ORD personnel and the node commander and node warrant were presented with some gifts

just wanna start by saying happy 4 months darling! yeah so i went over to her place and we went to CGH for a checkup... after that we went to city hall and had lunch at the soup spoon... after that we went to the IT fair again cos i wanted to get a laptop stand but damn its ex even though its the IT fair... sim lim is so much cheaper... anyways so after that we went to taka and had dinner at pasta cafe... then after that we had gelato and then she bought royce chocolates for my parents... thanks darling... they taste great! haha yeah so after that we went back to my place and played with my new baby! hahaha so we watched zohan online... quite funny i must say... yeah so after that i drove her home...

so anyways recently theres been deaths in the SAF... the only reason i can think of and not pointing any fingers to the training and safety aspect is the damn bloody piece of junk LBV... short for load bearing vest... its friggin heavier than the SBO and much much hotter cos the whole design is meant for urban warfare... and what are we training in? jungle warfare... pure stupidity... wats wrong with the SBO? its perfectly fine i must say... cleaning up the 2 straps after crawling in the mud is much easier and simpler than scrubbing 2 whole pieces of fabric... seriously, i think they need to re-kit the new soldiers with the old SBO for jungle warfare and the new LBV for urban ops...

yesterday i went to ubi cdc to replace my photocard licence cos there was some human error in the card... so once again i gotta wait another 3 weeks for my licence... haha but the replacing was to be done at the ubi traffic police centre... which was like a 10mins walk away... nb... walk so far... wait so long... -_- causing me to miss my lunch date with darling... so anyways i went down to city hall and met up with chee han and rusty and headed to the PC show... man the crowd was a killer... so many ppl on the first day... went around looking at several laptops which i had in mind already... kns... that rusty noes nuts sia... damn malu to be with him sia... like mountain turtle u noe... hahahaha yeah so anyways they left at around 4 so i went to meet up with my biatch marc who happened to be shopping for a lappy too! hahaha so we sat down and weighed our options... i was going for something light and at least 13.3" screen... he was going for the bigger the better... so he ended up buying an acer 16" weighing 4kg without all the adapters etc... hahaha crazy bugger... so i was waiting for my dad to get his lobang for an LG lappy which i set my sights on... so we had a drink at starbucks then walked back and met up with darling... and the lappy that i wanted had an additional $100 off! so i ended up paying $1799 for my newest baby! hahaha just lemme brag abt the specs k? ahaha

ORD LOH!!! officially that is... finally its my turn to say it... haha but i've gotten back my PINK IC since friday... haha yeah so the whole week has been clearing leave ever since coming back from taiwan... driving alot and slacking even more... yup yup so cant rmb much of the week... but i'll start off on last fri after darling finished her 2nd last paper... drove down to expo and picked her up for dinner... so we drove to old airport rd food centre cos darling's got waffle fondue cravings... haha yup so after dinner we drove down east coast down to marina pier and enjoyed the view from the balcony where we saw the "DHL hot air balloon" which was actually the moon which was huge n yellow in colour... haha so after that we went back to the car and i gave her the white top and bracelet which i got for her in taiwan... haha then i sent her back home...

then on wed, darling finally finished her exams! haha so i drove down to expo to pick her up around 6-ish and we went to waraku east coast for dinner... then we strolled down east coast for awhile before driving to island creamery for ice cream! hahaha another one of darling's cravings... haha yeah n we had like 3 scoops of ice cream... the first double scoop of apple pie n blackforrest wasnt enough to ease the cravings so we had to get another scoop of mango... haha yup so after that we drove back to my place n hanged out for awhile before sending her back home cos sadly... darling had to start work the next day... :(

then on fri, i drove the car back to camp... dumped all my stuff in the boot and went around getting signatures so that i can get my clearance form done before getting my PINK IC! but bloody hell when i got all the signatures and paperwork done, the ppl were having lunch break... n i had to come back after 1pm... but my dad needs the car back home at 1pm... fuck... so i had to drive back home then my dad drove back to the office and dropped me off in camp so that i could collect back my PINK IC... yaya i noe its very pink la... haha pink pink pink! no more GREEN! hahaha yeah so after that, i went to jurong point with the 3 other ORD personnel... haha marc, bear and melvin... thou marc haven't gotten back his IC cos he hasnt done SOC... huh wait... wat is SOC? dunno sia... haha ORD LOH! yeah i didnt even bother going into the intranet n email to sent the so called ORD email... which would have been one with lotsa shit in it and would probably get me into trouble... but its water under the bridge for me... even CO congratulated me and told me that i had alot of potential and wished me all the best in the future... haha yeah anyways, we went to JP for lunch before dad picked me up and drove home... then we went to marina square and had dinner at MOF... just as we were going to leave, darling came from work and joined us for awhile... then my parents went for a concert at the esplanade and my bro n sis went to watch indiana jones and me n lo po zai went window shopping... haha after awhile, we went to coffee club and had dinner there... which was very cold... cos both of us were cracking lame jokes... hahaha yeah so after that we went to watch indiana jones... haha yeah well i think it was ok though the crystal skull was kinda corny... oh wells... after the show, we had to hunt for a taxi... omg... n when we got one, the uncle was super lame la... alot of one liners from him for the whole journey home... haha yeah oh wells its just another cold n lame nite... lol yup then after that i drove darling home cos its easier n cheaper that way... haha

sat met up with darling at orchard... went to wisma and had lunch before doing some window shopping as well as looking for a birthday gift for her friend's 21st later tonight.... ended up buying oui by lancome... then after that we had to part cos she was meeting her friends and my dad was coming to pick me up for dinner... yeah so we went to our usual jap restaurant haunt and had sashimi as per normal just that this time we tried salmon belly! hmmm i would say its better that ur normal salmon slices cos its got much more fat and softer i think... yeah then after dinner, we drove back home where i waited to see if darling was going to meet up again after her friend's birthday at pasir ris chalet or not... but she left really late so ended up not going out lo...

sun went swimming at the former NIE place... forgot wats the actual name... haha anyways we tot we had to pay today but apparently it was free entry for today only cos its family day! haha yeah so we swam for about an hour before we went to marina sq for lunch at hong kong cafe... did some window shopping before having dinner at ikea... then drove to NTUC for some grocery shopping and i got ingredients for a CHEESE CAKE!!! woohoo! hope i remember the recipe... lolx... haiz... anyways today darling was doing the laundry n the white top that i got her turned into a pink top cos she washed a red top with it and the colour ran... kinda disappointed cos i havent even seen her in the top before and now its a different colour... and that she wasnt careful enough with stuff like that... oh wells... just tot gals would noe how to do laundry better than guys...

happy 3 months anniversary darling! yeah so its been awhile since i blogged... just came back from taiwan man... 1 whole month there! hahaha yeah so the exercise cant say much but the r&r at kaohsiong was so-so... not as nice as taipei... but still managed to shop quite abit and managed to buy lotsa goodies back too! haha yep so anyways today i went for my driving test... walao... friggin nervous la... during the warmup i bang post and bump curb sia... nb... but during the test no sweat man... ended up having 12 pts only!!! woohoo!!! haha well i gotta thank my lucky stars cos i was talking to the tester on how come he changed the route to so short... then he said that as long as can drive dun need to go the full route... at that time i was turning right when the green arrow blink so i stopped and ended up slightly inside the pedestrian crossing... :S could have been 10 pts for that sia... but its cool... pass lo! hahaha

so after that i did all the stuff and got my licence... rained for quite awhile but i still managed to head on over to darling's house... ordered canadian pizza to celebrate our 3rd month anniversary... bo pian... 2nd month also couldnt celebrate... 3rd also... next month must be better ya! haha yeah so then i only left for home around dinner time... shiok... the thought of driving to collect my pink IC on 30th may... fri went driving in the morning, then went back home and nua-ed...

sat went to darling's house and went to CGH with her to see the specialist... after that we went down to ACJC fun-o-rama cos darling had $40 worth of tix... so we shared a cup of corn nimblets from kenny rodgers cos darling had corn cravings... haha then after that we had some otahs, shared a mango ice ball, shared a plate of tomato omelette rice and miso soup... then we went to find her cousin's stall and had their baked rice and an italian soda set... then we went to the hub to eat cos there was air con there... n it was friggin hot... haha yeah so then we had some takopachi which was more like flour balls with nothing inside... saw my bro as well sitting at the void deck eating with his friends... then we went back to the hub again and this time i saw jizeng! hahaha ORD LOH! haha yeah after chatting awhile he left and darling n i camwhored awhile before trying to spend the rest of the coupons away... so we had 2 sticks of sausages, a sarsi drink, strawberry swensens ice cream, chin chow full of jelly and a taco which tasted like crap... then we left $2 and spent it on 3 roses! haha so after that we went to holland v and walked around at the mall and sat down for a drink at ya kun... after that we went to crystal jade and shared a bowl of la mian and xiao long paos... then after dinner we went to cold storage and got some cough drops before heading down to island creamery... haha so there we saw darling's brother and his friends... haha kinda weird seeing how others siblings interact with each other... haha so anyways we shared a double scoop of nutella and cookies & cream... then after that we took a walk to the botanical gardens before sending her home...

sun went to ps to meet up with nel n heman to play monster hunter... haha killed several akantors sia... feel a sense of achievement... haha

mon tidy up my room and packed my bag for taiwan... then went to beach rd to meet rusty and sijian for lunch... had prawn noodles and waffles... haha fuck... fat le sia... then after that we went to fu lu shou building to buy my mom a present... a luo pan cos her old one was kinda wonky le... yeah so then we went to have dinner at international seafood at east coast to celebrate mom's bday...

tue went to beauty world to do some bank stuff and apply for a new debit card so now i can buy stuff online... then went back home and rest awhile before heading to darling's school to fetch her back to my place... so it was the first time my parents were meeting her and she was feeling abit nervous... anyways it was ok and i think my sis really likes her too! hahaha yeah so darling was mugging while i played psp... haha poor thing mugging yet still coughing sick... :( then we had dinner which was pizza, salad and mushroom soup for my bro, sis and me and darling had pasta cos she was coughing and pizza is "heaty" i think... then my parents went out for dinner and i had to babysit my sis... haha its cute having to look after 2 gals... thats what darling said... haha yeah... so anyways she stayed quite late then my dad offered to send her home instead of me cabbing her back... yays but i cant wait to get my licence man... which should be coming on 14th may! hahaha provided i pass my tp in the first attempt la... haha

wed followed my bro to see the doc... my bro is the one sick not me... haha then i went chinatown to try to swap the psp charger that i bought from the IT fair... turns out that all the charger adapter is for the slim version so i gotta wait for the stock for the old one to come in... then i went to playfair rd to get my modem fixed... basically its the power adapter faulty... so i just got a new one n voila i have my internet up n running again...

thurs went to fetch darling from school again... went to adam rd food centre and had prawn noodles for lunch... then brought her home to mug again... darling was really really stressed with her exams and how she lost her momentum and motivation to study... prolly cos she was really really tired too ba... so we came up with a timetable which i also have a copy of so that i can "nag" at her to study... so again we stayed till quite late so my dad gave us a lift cos he was going to t3 via cab for perth... tks dad... hope he can get some apple strudels too! haha YUMS!

OKIES so last fri went for driving in the morning... then went down to fetch darling from school... went to bugis and had lunch at soup spoon... then after that we went to the national library to mug only to see that its closed! haiz... so we ended up sitting down at toast box and mug... ok well i was playing psp most of the time... but i did mug a little... wa damn chui... my mind is like blank la... all the terms forgotten liao... :S after that we went to ps and collected our couple rings after they had done the lazer engravings on them... after that we went to the cathay and had dinner at the jap restaurant at b1... then darling surprised me once again! she got us identical keychains with both our names written on it in 1 word... so if u see it one way u'll see my name, flip it upside down and u'll see darling's name... so so touched... tks darling! then after that we went to chill out at the istana park before sending her home...

sat went to island creamery and had apple pie with rusty and sijian... then went to coronation for lunch... then left for driving again... then went down to expo and meet andrew for church... its chc's easter play so he invited me to go watch... haha so saw sister cheng and the last time i met her was during their xmas play... she said i "fa fu le!" argh! haha really sia... damn must come up with a plan le! if not darling will blackmail me! ;) haha after that i met darling at cine... we had dinner at bbq chicken... hmmm it tastes kinda good... tot it'll be like kfc or something... haha so after that we went to watch spiderwick chronicles which was quite entertaining to watch... reminds me of narnia somehow... after that i had to send her back home as usual before heading home... and talked on the phone till 4+... haha

sun went for driving as usual... then went for dinner before going back to camp...

mon usual camp stuff... then at night i booked out and came home to change before going to the esplanade to meet rusty and his friends to pass them the acjc muse band tix... then met up with darling and we went in as well... well personally i thought that my brother's band was way way better than the acjc one... but overall it was a really great concert... my brother even had a solo and a small fan base! hahaha even a secret admirer! woohoo! way to go bro! hahaha then dad came and fetched her back home before fetching me back to camp...

tue had imt... me n rusty were so damn bored we decided to pit our skills with each other... bet on an apple pie at island creamery... hahaha smallest group size! hahaha 4.7 vs 12.3... :P owning sia! hahaha then fooled around even more by going foxhole w/o support... haha oh wells...

wed had combat shoot... kns... so close yet so far... day was great... i missed 2 shots outta 15... our group did really well with 64 outta 75 shots... but night was seriously damn chui... the range itself was crap la... friggin fig12 was like camo with the light la! when the target was up i was like... where the hell is it? nb i missed 5 and overall we managed to hit 73% for day n night total... highest but no use... need 80% to get $200... sianz... taiwan spending money from SAF gone... haiz... hahaha then midnight we decided to turnout the whole company... why? cos their discipline and attitude has been seriously fucked up of late... aye... dun say le... say le makes my blood boil...

thurs crap lo... men starting to complain and compare... human nature... got into abit of an argument... crap shit la... if they dun wanna take over a disciplined node... then im going to just fuck care n let u jc kids take over... dumb fucks... think they are so smart... come n tell me theres morale issue... this is seriously nothing... nvm... packed kitbag then booked out and went home... luckily tmr got off...

OKIES so this weeks been shit... cos its our unit's Battalion Proficiency Test time...

mon was boring... waited till 2300hrs for the orders to be issued then had to rush the damn AOP... which then i got a stunner when i was told to move out by 2am! WTF... damned logan n his motherfucking ideas... somehow my CO managed to push it back till 6am... so i only managed to slp 1 hr before preparing the stuff to move out as well as give my node orders... before setting off... CO came to speak to my node... told us that we were the best node in the battalion... hahaha yeah so i had redcon1 for NPT la... shit lo... hahaha hope we can get off days for being the best node ba... lolx so we went to my 3rd home which is LCK .58 haha so the first day was SHIT! really... syscon keep throwing me new links here and there... kns... but still i managed to get all the links through... haha eat that! then we had fresh rations! wa tks S4! power stuff la... even got us coffee as well la! n the biggest surprise yet was the birthday cake and macdonalds that CO got for everyone in my node! hahaha OMG so touched la... n it has to be the one and only outfield birthday i ever had... such an experience sia... hahaha best part was S4 declared that N32 was having a technical break to celebrate the PC's birthday... hahaha yeah well thanks everyone who wished me birthday wishes... the most surprising one would be from CO himself... hahaha and thank you darling for the "cake" MMS... made me drool but luckily i had a cake too... haha and thank you for dedicating a post on ur blog just to wish me happy birthday... haha well then it was back to work...

Sat went to HSBC to enquire abt creating a bank account for my UK studies... then went for driving... learnt vertical parking this time... hahaha damn easy... and now my ankle doesnt ache at all after learning a little trick... hahaha then after the lesson i went to meet rusty at lavender to go to beach road for lunch... had prawn mee, chin chow, waffle fondue and a cheese toast! hahaha damn beach rd has too much good food la... then after that went to get a compass cos rusty lost his... after that we went to take a bus to suntec for the IT fair! hahaha wa alot of ppl sia... bought a skype phone which came with 2 walki talkies! hahaha then bought a 4GB SD card and an AA travel charger for psp, ipod and my HP... lolx saw so many familiar faces but the least expected was S1 with his female friend... lolx after that we went to marina square and played some pool... still quite rusty as compared to my poly days... lolx but still won in the end... BANKAI! hahaha after that we went to the busstop to wait for the bus which took damn long la! ended up meeting darling late... sorry :( anyways brought her to fisherman's wharf for dinner, then walked around sharing a cone of Haagan Daz along the way... then it was time to send her home cos of her curfew... lolx

sun went to venus drive and met up with bing hong, chee lun, yen yen, soo chan and si qi for our long overdue monthly gathering... its been like super long since we last met up... once again ming de and sue sue cant come... kao... dunno wats with ming de la... so budget le still dun wanna go... lolx sue sue... dunno la... guess shes not a morning person... hahaha so we walked through the jungle climbing up and down etc... reminds me of my training days la... hahaha then when we finally reached the bridge, it was only 150m long... HAHAHA but the view was quite nice... after walking to the end, we had to go back down... another long hike down... lolx so after we reached the main road, we took a bus to thompson for dim sum! hahaha after lunch, we went to wisma and sat down at coffee bean for a drink but i had to leave early for my driving lessons at 330... :( did a recap of everything that i've learnt so far la... which was quite fun cos i really like driving now... hahaha next week learning circuit! woohoo! then after the lesson my family n i went to have dinner at the pizza bar somewhere around chip bee gardens which is around holland area... boy do i love pizza! hahaha after dinner we went home and i packed up to get ready to book in... sian... this week is BTP... fucked up... spending my 22nd birthday outfied... this weeks been rather shitty... most of us are feeling the ORD syndrome... rather not talk abt work... so anyways fri had half day off so i went to meet my darling on the train at dhouby ghaut... surprised her with a sunflower cos i think shes quite stressed with her mock exams coming up... so we went to vivo and watched juno which was quite an entertaining movie i felt... after that we went to have dinner at pastamania before walking around a while more... then we went to maplewood park and sat around before sending her home... haiz... tmr might have recall... sianz...

sat went for driving... then waited till 1330hrs for the predicted recall timing to happen... amazingly it didnt happen so i met up with darling and went to bishan... got her stuff then went to study in the library... studied till 9pm then we had dinner at ding tai feng before going to the park to sit around... i think my darling is going through a tough time now... but i cant be there for her now... haiz... can only meet with her on weekends for now... anyways it was quite a nite to remember for me i guess... haha shall not say why... :P

sun went to celebrate my grams birthday at shangrila shang palace as usual like every year... haha then after that i went for driving... did parallel parking! hahaha woohoo! it was quite easy la but my ankle aches cos of the controlling of brake and gas... stalled a few times too and hit the post in the beginning few tries... hahaha wa but parking 20 odd times was damn monotonous la... hahaha oh wells... next week reverse parking! yeah! hahaha then had dinner with my parents at crystal jade at holland v... dad's complaining that my phone bill is hitting the roof... this month $180, last month $200... siao liao... must cut down le la... haha oh wells gotta book in soon... damn sian... outfield AGAIN... fri went to MOS with Hong Rui, Jay, Heman, Jing Zhou and Janice... his so called farewell party... man am i gonna miss him... :( so we tried to make him drunk AGAIN... lolx but decided not to la... so just dance r&b then went over for some trance then retro den hop here hop there... hahaha super shagged la... cos the whole week had training for next fri's relay... legs like jelly the whole nite... went back around 4+ with hong rui...

sat went for driving lessons again... learnt the routes again... boring... then met up with my dearie and we headed down to town and had some dessert at canele... desserts before dinner... choc somemore! hahaha HIGH! :P then we walked over to marina square and bought tix for fool's gold... had a quick dinner at yoshi cos the show was abt to start... hmmm well i thought the show was quite funny and enjoyable to watch... with the occasional tingling in my palm... ;) after the show we went over to esplanade and then walked over to the merlion... sat down at starbucks and shared a java chip frap before walking back to the mrt to sending her back home... parting was really really hard... i want more huggiez! haha well chatted on the phone will 6+ in the morning... mmmmmm shagged but worth every second... :D

Okies so 11th i went to SIM with Yan Ting for lunch and also to pass me some stuff which i left in her care while i went clubbing... lolx after that she went off for classes and i went down to farrer rd hawker centre to let him try out the nasi lemak. then we walked over to island creamery for some ice cream. then we drove over to bukit timah plaza using mdm's car which rusty had borrowed for the CNY hols since she was overseas... lolx played some pool before rusty sent me back home. then i started sewing a HP pouch. Then had dinner before waiting for rusty to fetch me back to camp to prepare for the AOP.

12th did the AOP presentation and was ordered by CO to dig 11 shellscrapes! WTF oh wells i immediately decided to get 3 shovels but instead could get 3 changkols... so then we moved to ama keng then to lim chu kang to deploy there... after setting up the links, i went to dig 3 shellscrapes myself... damn shagged la! all rocks n stuff lo... kns... every hit had sparks flying all over... NB... so anyways in the end i dug 3, my understudy dug 3, my NW dug 1 then the other 4 were already more or less already dug just had to make the sides look sharper... hahaha then we were attacked by "enemy" which was CO and his dogs... hahaha then after the attack CO wanted to see my defence... so i showed him the friggin shellscrape which i dug... he did challenge me if he could dig it then what would be the consequence... so i challenged him back that i would give him an ET stick and he dig one to let me see... cos they were all stunned when they saw the shellscrape and that they were standing on a pile of rocks dug up from that shellscrape alone... NB all NATO one... fucking CBs...

13th displaced and went to west BT... peaceful day... slept so soundly until a tonner drove up to my doorstep and i still didnt realize! hahaha no sneak attacks whatsoever... just that one of my guys suddenly went semi-conscious... had to send him to the medical centre... but luckily nothing serious happened to him... just a severe lack of sleep... phew...

14th displaced to kranji dam... WOOHOO!!! best thing ever man! hahaha why? cos its valentine's day! and kranji dam is the most famous spot to make out... hahaha so when we went there, there was like 5 cars having steamy windows and newspaper stuck to the windows... lolx very obvious whats going on la but like 5 mins after we came, they all left! wahahaha! again it was a peaceful night... great view and lots of wierd stuff that can be found on the floor... like condom wrappers and sex enhancing drugs... haha then orders to tear down and go back to ama keng for the ops parade... which took MF-ing long la! drag so long... just to get some stupid badge... then went back to camp and washed up and went home... took a nap before cabbing down to vivo to have dinner with Yan Ting at Bakerzin... so i gave her a rose and the HP pouch i sewed... and she got me a stussy shirt! wow! was really touched and amazed cos i never expected anything from her... :P well after the dinner, we went to watch Jumper... eh... the storyline was kinda boring but the idea of "jumping" was super cool la! hahaha yeah so after the movie, we took the NEL to serangoon and while waiting for the pedestrian crossing light to turn green, i whispered into her ears would she be my girlfriend? which was just before the stroke of midnight... and she agreed! :D one huge wave of relief for me... hahaha but i could only send her halfway to her home... cos my dad was going to fetch me to my grams place for some prayers... so i guess the night was ended kinda abruptly la... haiz...

15th ON LEAVE! hahaha woke up and started mugging for my final theory test later at 4pm... so i met up with Marc then we headed down to BBDC... haha man it was sooo sooo easy la! hahaha PASSED! WOOHOO! hahaha then we went down to orchard and left marc to get his stuff while i met up with Yan Ting and went window shopping... lolx had dinner at ajisan ramen before sending her home to her doorstep...

16th went for driving... told my instructor i wanted to do my TP in end march or early april... he was like "huh u sure or not? so fast?" hahaha but then i had to open a private account in CDC first but the counter was already closed so i could only open it tmr or next week... after that i went to PS and met up with heman, jay, nelson and jing zhou to go to zouk for party rendezvous... which sucked! hahaha wa but saw alot of familiar faces like jason, nelson, vernon, guo zong, keith, silva and lee tong... hahaha crazy party... wierd thing was when i was grinding, like some guilty conscience kicked in or something la... prolly cos my social status change le... hahaha but somehow hong rui wasnt like that the other night... he was grinding other gals in front of hui lin and she had to drag him back... hahaha yeah so ended up helping and shoving my frens into "grinding position" hahaha yeah and i didnt drink much this time round... so i ended up dropping off jing zhou then heman back home first before heading home myself...

17th went to open an account in CDC and met up with Yan Ting... then we went to suntec for lunch at Hans before going around window shopping and playing some arcade games... then we had Yami yoghurt before walking to the MRT station to head home for dinner... then i had to go back to camp... suck! went for a 5km run at night... wa like too long havent go running le sia... :S must train lo! aim to lose weight before my birthday! =D

HAPPY CNY! so thursday i went to grams place visiting... collected slightly lesser ang paos than last yr cos one of my uncles wasnt around... played mahjong with my aunts... lost quite abit... lolx my aunts too pro le... :S then after that we went to my mom's grams place but i think there was some miscommunication so nobody was there... lolx so we went home and had steamboat for dinner... yummy!

friday i went to my mom's grams place again... once again collected lesser ang paos cos many of them were overseas... haha all scared to give ang paos sia... after that we went to the istana to watch my brother's band perform... haha watching him reminded me of the times i was playing for christmas caroling... hahaha then after that we went home for steamboat dinner again before going out to meet soo chan and her colleagues at ps to watch cj7 but was full so watched kung fu dunk instead... lame shit show... jay chou and his bunch of pretty boys playing basketball... hahaha so after the show we took some pics then i went to meet Yan Ting at dhouby ghaut mrt to go to MOS... her "virgin night" clubbing... lolx amazingly her parents allowed her to break her 12 midnight curfew... lolx yeah so we walked to MOS but the queue was kinda long la... and my free invite expired le... so we went to brewerkz for some drinks instead... ordered a jug of golden ale and some food... cam whored again... lolx then i think i got abit high... must be the 2 glasses of red wine i had during the steamboat dinner... beer and red wine = killer... hahaha so after we finished, we walked around clarke quay for quite awhile till the tipsy-ness wore off haha then we went to eat a muddy mud pie at coffee club... wa! the pie was huge la! had a hard time finishing it... lolx after finishing the pie, i had to send her back cos it was already coming to 4am... managed to get a cab and walked her up to her doorstep then went home after that...

saturday woke up at 1+pm... shagged sia... lazed around till abt 6+ then took a cab down to PS and met up with Yan Ting at potpourri where she was trying on some white tops... then i bought my sis a pair of ear rings then went to spotlight to get some fabric and ribbon to make a handphone pouch... after that we had dinner at sakae sushi then walked her to the train station. after that i met up with jing zhou, heman and jay and we took a cab down to zouk... at zouk, we met up with janice, hong rui and his gf hui lin, his captain qing song... so we started off drinking a jug of vodka red bull, then a graveyard, then a flaming lambo, then a teq pop and lastly an AK47... all in a span of 1hr from 11 to 12... happy hour 1 for 1... NB was so friggin drunk i could only dance till 2 then i was GG-ed... no memory loss yet although i remember puking 3 times... twice in the toilet and once just before going into the cab... anyways from 2-3 i was sleeping on the sidewalk with the rest and the girls were looking out for us... hahaha stupid la... shouldnt have drank so much... all hong rui's fault! all cos hes going back to melb soon so must celebrate... -_- oh wells it was a wasted night... both wasted as in drunk wasted and wasted as in i didnt get to grind!!! okies so tuesday i woke up feeling kinda pissed at the attitude and discipline of the new officers... especially when monday they woke up late for the run... and they didnt get punished whatsoever...so i decided to shoot one huge arrow which many of the old officers supported me... so now S3 is going to resolve the issue... lolx anyways the new officers got to know of this email circulating around but i cant give a damn about what they think... they better know that i went head on 1v1 with a captain and made him sign 14 extras... how many extras do u think a 1 bar will get when he goes 1v1 against me? lolx i cant imagine... yeah so there was also CNY celebration as well... the whole battalion had steamboat dinner and there was games and performances... our company won most of the games and won quite alot of prizes too... then there was the diva-licious performance... omfg... the 3 ah guahs of our unit performing on stage... *puke puke* *stabs eyes and throws it into the steamboat* haha and one of them had boobs bigger than most girls i noe of! *vomit* oh wells after the dinner, our company had another round of celebrations... cos my ex NW came back from brunei! hahaha so we had another round of yu shang and more food before mdm drove me back home... lolx went online and chatted with yan ting till i fell asleep on the table! only when she called me then i woke up and dragged my corpse back to bed... lolx dunno y so tired la! must be all the shouting n cheering during the dinner ba... haha

today woke up quite late... did some last min spring cleaning before heading over to grams place to have reunion dinner... it was quite a spread cos all my aunts knew that this would be my last reunion dinner before going to portsmouth to study though it would only be for a yr... they all stuffed me with food la... hahaha super full now lor... *burp* haha oh wells just waiting for tmr to collect ang paos! woohoo!

yeah u heard me right... mugging... lolx on sunday... at bishan library... hahaha of course not alone la... with yan ting cos she has her mock exams coming up... anyways we had subway for lunch then we went to mug... n there was like a huge queue of ppl dunno for wat... only later den i found out it was jay chou... lolx yeah so she was mugging marco econs... which i have totally no idea whats it all about... i was mugging my final theory and then some haematology... which i think im like super rusty la... die la... how to enter final yr like that and get first class honours... :S then we got kinda bored and so we decided to do some cam whoring... lolx then around 5 plus i walked her to the bus interchange then i went home n got my stuff packed to book in to camp...

YEAH this weeks been a bitch... outfield on tues then called back cos of some issues, then set off on wed till thurs noon in which i was "attacked" by both my OC and CO... kns... damn suay la... damn shagged also... slp like only less than 4hrs... :S somemore thurs went back straight away did DO duty... SHIONG! hahahaha oh wells the most lao jiao DO around ma... :P

Sat woke up like 12-ish then went for driving... damn shagged la... this time i did the same few stuff... U turns and slope clutch though my instructor did ask if i wanted to do E brake but too shagged to do la... decided to postpone it to another day ba... hahaha went home n took a power nap before heading over to the cathay to meet Yan Ting to collect the tix for 27 dresses, then we hurried over to waraku cos i could only hold the table for 10 mins... lolx ended up brisk walking there... hahaha so after dinner we went to OG to get some choc... then went over to the cathay... bought some popcorn and then went to watch 27 dresses... it was quite a nice movie... romantic comedy... after that we walked back to dhouby ghaut and star gazed at the same time... though it was kinda cloudy... lolx yeah then went home...

Sun woke up at 9 and went for a jog before meeting rusty at island creamery for some ICE CREAM!!! hahaha as well as some daily dose of eye candy... lolx then we went to daiso to get some stuff for the office then i went to cine to meet nel n heman to hunt some monsters... hahaha MONSTER HUNTER!!! HR6 n trying to kill dual rajang... sianz...

Today is perfect for clearing out closets and otherwise getting rid of anything you don't need or want any more. Sometimes you've just got to clear out space before taking on anything new.

When you know you're right, you're right! So listen to what that little voice in your head is telling you today. It has invaluable insight that you will need. Someone's invitation will catch you a bit off guard today, but it will also show you a glimpse of your possible future. Is this the path you really want to take? Tune into that voice again and do whatever it says. Picking the right path should not be something that you deliberate over for days. It should be something you just do.

Now's a great time to try something new, but remember, it's in the approach. Take a little time to do the research. Avoid jumping into a spur-of-the-moment craze. You want this one to last.

You can tell that things are getting better for you, though you may not be able to figure out the specifics. That's okay -- just keep an optimistic point of view and you should come out great!

You should never become anyone's doormat, but that doesn't mean that you need to always be the one calling the shots. There's a lot of freedom in letting other people take over sometimes, and that is something you should find out for yourself today. Hand the reins over to someone you trust today -- let them pick the restaurant, choose the date, or be the deciding voice in what you will do next. You'll soon discover that this person has great ideas -- and that sacrificing control can be nice.

If you're stressed out, you're not taking care of yourself. Carve out a chunk of time to do nothing -- absolutely nothing. Lie on the floor and look up at the ceiling. Collect your thoughts and make your next move.

Showing your confidence and being direct is hot stuff. Then, from later on Thursday through Saturday, it's time to get to the bottom of something. You'll need to closely observe situations and read between the lines when it comes to what people are saying. A friend comes in handy on Sunday, so make plans to hang out or run errands together.

You're such a giver that sometimes you forget about the getting side of things. At the beginning of this week, the stars ask that you stop being so darn selfless! What is it you want the most?
