ok so its too frigging cold to go for a run these days... so i've gotta do static exercises indoors... started on this but i wonder if its enough. feel free to comment... haha
50X4 jumping jacks
20X4 alternate leg thrust
20 pushups
50 crunches
20 bicep curls
20 deltoid lifts
20 kneeling lat pull downs
20 tricep extenders
20 rowing machine
20 prison squats
20 stationary lunges per leg
20 calf raise
30 second rest and do the whole set for another 2 more times
