YAY! yup ran 6 rounds n swam 4 laps... den went to holland v wif danny jz n hr for a farewell lunch treat at spizza :D thanks guys! haha the rest sent their regards so thank u guys too! hahaha next time MoS treat on me!!! GRINDING SESSION!!! WAHAHAHA!!! yeah so the food there is really nice n i just love the pizza too cos its baked in a klin i think... :P well here r the pics from lunch :D so its: some ham n rock mellon, seafood salad, mushroom soup, smoked salmon, seafood pizza, ham and mushroom pizza and olio... all the names were female names which i cant rmb la... other than sophia and pamala which were the pizzas... :P oh had dessert too but forgot my sd card to can onli take these few pics... -_-zzz sigh n there was this bunch of gals which JZ saw right away... followed by hr... who is like SLOW AS HELL! but me! omg... i was LAGGIER DEN HR!!! CLUBBING @ MOS, MIDNITE MOVIES, BINGE DRINKING!!!

WOOHOO!!! WAD A DAY I HAD MAN! yea so started the day goin to beach rd to buy some ns stuff... den went home n packed my ns stuff... :( haha nvm la den went to orchard n walked from lido all the way to the new cathay... was supposed to watch x-men 3 with esther n bh at 7... but everywhere fully booked haha crazy... so we went shopping... found a nice shirt for my bro le... think i'll go buy it on mon or somethin... den went to scotts for la mian! yummy! haha i had like 5 wontons n another 4 more dumplings... wa damn full... hahaha yea went to lido to see timeslot again n bought the 1240 show...

headed over to MOS n met up with jz, hr n jay... haha man its full of smoke in there... :S we waited till 11 where the other rooms opened up... wa all the good seats were reserved man... haha n bh looked like a bouncer man... lol i had vodka n grapefruit juice as usual hehe... something which esther n hr kinda liked wor... haha n esther so funny... only drank orange juice... hahaha cos shes following her er jie (2nd sis) orders not to drink alcohol cos shes not around lol... anyways, me n bh just left for like less than 5 mins n some guy was hitting on esther! O_O jay was askin me to go over n save her... :P i noe i noe... when things get outta hand den come help her hahaha

yea so like NOBODY was dancing other than the crowd-starter... hahaha yea so damn pai seh me n hr went down n dance as well... man! hr was like on crack or something n danced quite well i would say hahaha i guess i was kinda noob-ish la hahaha but after we started dancing, the rest of the ppl started dancing as well! hahaha tt crowd starter should be fired... n hire hr instead man LOLX too bad esther n bh never come n dance... especially esther la! shes like gonna act as shelley the dancing queen for the sp musical! haha say she pai seh dun wanna dance... haha but i started off feeling kinda awkward as well... but just gung ho n dance! hahaha

yup so den bh esther n i took a cab to lido to watch xmen... walao! lido 6 lea! SMALL SCREEN!!! hahaha but the show was ok la... not anything fantastic or wad thou... den jz msg me he got kissed by 2 girls! O_O hahaha pro! so finished the movie at abt 2+... bh n esther went home via cab while i waited for the gang to gimme a lift to mi hse for VODKA PEACH! hahaha stopped over at 7-11 to grab some stuff as well... den BINGE DRINKING TIME! hahaha the 4 of us drank finish 1/2 the bottle in 1 nite... oooo n vodka peach n orange juice is kinda nice too! hahaha man i should have stayed at mos man... hr n jay had a free lesbian dance! O.O n jz got kissed by 2 aussie chicks too! hahaha best part is all of them got grinded wor... DAMN! n somemore jz said to me while i was there "u wasted my $25 man..." hahaha n now they all wanna go zouk on fri... __ just to poke fun at me... -_- cos i'll be in tekong... sigh ah well had fun man... n now the rest r slpin in my room... lol talked too much crap n all of us were drunk for sure! hahaha my liver is dying liao... hahaha oooo i still owe esther an ice cream treat too... hahaha

okies so im kinda stoned now... slp at 4+ woke up at 8... -_-zzz haha re-packed my ns stuff while hr, jz n jay were still around... den my dad fetched them to the mrt station... went up to grams place to wrap dumplings ba zhang!!! hahaha i havent lost my touch i hope hehe... yea den my cousin was like telling me ns stuff n den i asked can keep moustache? apparantly not... so my aunt said go learn to shave it la or WAX IT OFF! n voila! i did tt! hahaha kinda painful thou... looks nice thou hahaha yea went to bai bai oso... got a talisman of some sort... n the funny thing was the "god" was telling me not to scold foul words, spit etc... n dun turn around when ur name is called in the nite... or u must turn wif ur 3 lights facing that direction... yada yada hahaha ah well ns calls... just live with it rite?

YEA! did 6 rounds n swam 8 laps today... den had a sunbathin session... lol den indulged in KFC! hahaha sinned sinned... :S met up wif sc at wisma... i tried to shop around for a shirt for my bro... boy its hard to find a nice shirt... haha den bh came after tt... WEEK 8 DAY 2... TRAINING IN M'SIA AGAIN

YEA... its my bro's bday today so we all went to msia n i swam abt 10 laps... sigh sigh sigh... remember remember 2nd of june... haha doesnt rhyme like V for vendetta thou... ah well its also esther's rehearsal for the SP musical today... hope she gets the role... shes playing shelley... and here comes my fav line: Shelly- cute Japanese school girl, eg sailor outfit, short skirts- wholesome but sexy- color pink and red WAHAHA!

SIGH... ns calls... yea so kinda down again... did 8 rounds n some weights at the sports hall gym... jz's fren opened it... omg they were bodybuilders lor... kns... if onli i have 1/2 of wad they have... LOL hahaha nvm but my body still aches from wakeboarding that sunday afternoon... ah wells i onli got a couple of things left to do on my list: watch davinci, xmen and go clubbing :D hahaha all of which should be done by this week... haha almost finished with love contract as well... sigh sigh sigh... 2nd june... sob sob

WAKEBOARDING!!!

WOOHOO!!! SOOO HYPED!!! hahaha went to east coast wif sc n cl today... the rest ps-ed us... :P met up wif bh who was cycling there as well... so neways, onli me n cl went to do the cable ski thou... SOOOO FUN! hahaha yeah so 1st time doing it... they "teach" abit... so i started with the wakeboard... the one that i soooo soooo wanna do! but hell its hard... so did the beginner thing... kneeboard... the one that all the ang moh kids were doing... the peeps there were really friendly n stuff... cl even used his german for once... hahaha cos there was a german chap... yea so there was this kid gal who kneeboarded way better den me... lol yea quite chatty too! LOL hahaha yea so i bailed on the 1st attempt but the 2nd one i was up and on my way! hahaha only thing was that i dunno that u gotta go thru the orange buoys to go for the turns... ZZZ hahaha n i spent like 1/2 the time swimming back to shore hahahaha den felt like i can do the wakeboard again... but NO! i was wrong... STILL bailed... ZZZ! n this is the intermediate one... i cant do... but nvm... den tried the ski... haha that same kid was telling me i should just master the kneeboard first... cos the ski was more pro... :P fine again 1st attempt failed miserably... but 2nd round again i went far till the orange buoys... haha onli the LAST AND FINAL ROUND den i noe must go thru them... so on i went and OMFG! I DID A WHOLE ROUND! hahahaha was having adrenaline rush to go try the ramp at the last bit but someone ahead of me bailed trying to do so... darn so i didnt go for it... or he'll prolly get "tao pok-ed" hahaha neways sc said i very funny... beginner and advanced stuff i can do but intermediate i cannot... hahaha i wonder y... but i gotta recon its the starting technique to get onto the water... cos the "pro" way is to just jump in when the cable pulls u but the noob way is to sit on the ledge n get dragged along... ah well i can do 2 things le so im really happy now :D

went to holland v. hogs breath cafe for FA CUP FINAL!!! OMFG! GOALS GALORE!!! west ham had 3 ULTRA LUCKY GOALS n liverpool had 3 BEAUTIFUL GOALS omg... the gerrard's 3rd goal was absolute chio-ness... ended wif penalties n the reds won... lucky shit... hammers were playing really well... almost won thou... too bad... haha den took cab home... 5 bucks... lol but the game was worth missing the last bus haha

WEEK 6 DAY 4

-_-ZZZ once again i had to walk my sis to skool... n this time i was barely awake... really a zombie walking on the streets man... hahaha watched lotsa FMP as well... n px sent me the missing ep that youtube doesnt have :D yay! hahaha was gonna try a liquid diet but den jz said to skool at 1... so i ran on an empty stomach... but somehow i clocked a time of 13:40... keep that up n i think i can shave a min or 2 off tt time! den went for a swim... 6 laps... thank goodness i met yang when i reached skool... :X means tt he finished swimming la... hahaha but the sun was really great so i had a tan again :D hahaha but wait... it gets better! there was like some swimming class for a bunch of jap/korean GIRLS!!! like 15-20 of them!!! hahaha ok wadever but still better den seeing all guys in the pool rite? i seriously havent seen a gal in the pool ever since i started swimming in skool... i wonder y... prolly its cos fc5 is just right next to the pool... hahaha who noes... n something i concluded today while training... u can run better with ur mind unfocused but never try that while swimming! i forgot to take several breaths... dunno wad got into me... hahaha yea lesson learnt

FUCK THAT!!! im not gonna believe anymore "last dota game la... den go slp..." nonsense... slpt at 3... n had to walk my sis to skool at 6+... ZZZ!!! now i feel like shit... both physically and mentally... tks to yesterday's workout and the ton of things goin thru my head once again... not to mention the lack of slp too...

6 rounds... 2 jogging laps, 1 cheonging, another 2 jogging and another cheonging... think i did it in 12 mins ba... hahaha outta sight outta mind i guess cos i was deep in thought again n looking only on the ground with the 1-2-1-2 chanting thru my head as well...

mmm called saying the proj will start 6th june... haha im in by then thou... BUT she says her son did the napfa n sent the results to cmpb and got in on a later date... KEWL! CHEONG AR!!!

ZZZ... went for a run at 10+... haha ran topless again... wat... the sun was wonderful... this time 10 rounds... shiok! den nua-ed abit till the gym opened n did some weights... den went for a swim... 2 freestyle, 1 breaststroke, 1 breaststroke without legs n 2 dolphin... im soooo shagged...

went to ps n window shopped awhile... found something for my mom for mother's day... i think she'll really like this present... hahaha den met up with bh... went to taka where bh bought an arm wallet den walked back to ps... met up wif ss n yy... haha both of them wore green... but then again... there were lotsa ppl wearing green today in orchard... lol den it started raining just before we reached cathay... haha so waited for sq n cl to walk over from ps... haha cl so lucky... found an umbrella... or should i say sq was very unlucky to have bought the umbrella before cl found one... hahaha hmmm n sq looks kinda different wif contacts on thou... nvm watched the 7 show... wow so many SKs wor... me included la... haha but the cinema was really nice... looks like im watching a play or something anyways, the show was kinda nice... though some parts were kinda cut short... esp the last mission... haha SHOW SPOILER!!! lol

WEEK 6 DAY 1... I'M RADIATING HEAT...

HOTNESS!!! nope im not refering to any babe... its the weather... hahaha today's sun was GREAT! but such a great day so doesnt match my mood... prolly its the mon blues... nvm so yup did 7 rounds again... somehow i dun seem to be getting faster... my stich is really killing me this time on round 5... n forever im like "breathing sand" cos my mouth is so dry... i think i'll have to put the bottle on the track tmr... n suck up the pain n give it my all on the last lap... hmmm maybe i'll stride this time... cos today i was mentally pacing 1-2-1-2 which seems kinda effective... anyways, wemt for a swim as well... did 7 laps i think... this time i FINALLY remembered to bring the damned goggles... hahaha den had a sunbathing session in between the 7 laps... hahaha my back is radiating heat now... think i tanned my back for too long... hahaha still havent got rid of the tanktop tan... :S

CHORES DAY

YUP YUP! once again today is chores day... mopped the whole house n cleaned the toilet ~bleah~ haha but gotta get used to it rite? ns oso doing the same thing... hahaha a couple more weeks left... gotta start preparing stuff for ns... like black specs... -_- nerdish... hahaha hmmm other than prep for ns... theres just 3 more things left for me to do on my list... get my bro a lavish b'day gift n write in to at least 2 uk unis... something which i have not done ever since the results got back... n of course get fit & a tan!!! hahaha

dota-ing wif bh is like looking back at me playing while my bro kpkb at me from the next seat... hahaha but i trained with real ppl... so i guess the learning curve is different from playing wif coms... of course training with coms trains farming... which is one of the things it takes to win... hmmm the other would be hero killing and keeping a positive frag score... ah well... perhaps a few more months n he'll be alot better hahaha

WEEK 5 DAY 4... TRAINING IN M'SIA LOL

HAHA yeah today i went to jb to pulai springs... supposed to play golf but the green was packed... so went swimming instead :D haha swam 5 laps of breast stroke, 3 freestyle and 1 dolphin... killer man... dolphin is HARD! hahaha erm dolphin is like butterfly without the arms flapping up... so ur arms r just by the sides thus u use ur whole body to propel forward... tough shit... my legs ached the most... haha but msia has wierd weather as well... sunny n cloudy like sg... so cant really get a proper tan... :S sneezed like crazy the whole day too... came back n watch an ep of love contract... the streaming is really slow today... haiz... but nvm i found someone that uploaded FMP!!! season 1 AND 2!!! woohoo!!! another 27 days to go... sob sob...

BODY ACHES

OUCH! my whole body like got drenched in lemon juice sia (suan) haha ok lame... but true wad... haiz... last night was HOT sia... tossed n turned, just couldnt slp... dunno wat time i hit lala land but woke up at 630... :S madness... mom ask me y am i torturing myself... for ns perhaps? watched more love contract... funny thing is how 2 ppl fight n suddenly love each other... wierd... den watched naruto... still filler episodes... abit boring... i wanna see sasuke!!! my fav char sia... played dota with bh n ks against 5 insane AI... easy shit but i wad dl-ing stuff so i was damn laggy... 1 lag death n 1st blded somemore... -_- how unlike me... but i got beyond godlike tts good enough haha... bh still needs to learn much more... :X den watched eight below... quite nice thou i dun understand dog-ish... haha but its amazing the dogs can last soooo many days on their own... n its based on a true story too! kewl 4 more weeks left... sigh... i feel like crap inside man... sob sob...

WOOTS!!! triple joy for me man! i can play w/o cd now!!! hahaha so another night of no aircon and slp at 12 wake up at 8... ah wells... watched love contract... seems to me like its a romantic serious type of drama... with a bit of humour sometimes...

went to skool for gym... did weights only today cos its "weights day" today... now my arms, abs and legs are like jello... haha but my arms r the worst... should have seen me eating dinner... my arms were "glued" to the table... cant lift that high... haha such a funny sight man... hmm i wanna go for a tan tmr sia... go swim as well... n hr also wants to play volleyball but his volleyball burst le... the court always free one sia... play fin den lie in the sand n tan... hehe

WEEK 5 DAY 2... IM SOOOO HAPPY!!!

OKIES! finally managed to slp w/o aircon... woke up at 830 thou... watched kiss special... OMG its SOOO FUNNY!!! haha laughed so much, mom came over n said: siao ar? laugh so much..." hahaha

so i did 8 rounds again n 5 laps... again swam w/o goggles... had red eyes after tt... n my hair... WEEK 5 DAY 1... 2.5HRS OF SLP AKA ZOMBIFIED

2.5 hrs of sleep... no air-con... tried to slp at 12 last nite... rolled till 4... too much thoughts running thru my head again... i seriously wonder if i too have bipolar... :S woke up at 630 like the rest of my family... zombified... the least amount of slp i had so far since the hols... walked into the com room n voila... the aftermath of last night's "blessing"... the cd drive still hanging open, shards of tft cd all over... watched finished kiss... dunno if its me being too tired den started tearing or the story was just too touching... haha n the last epi soooo funny... its the wedding episode... they cross dress... hahaha now watching the kiss special epi... 9 parts sia!!! :S

went to simlim to get a dvd drive which my com somehow cannot detect... feeling pissed, i decided to open up the old drive n SOMEHOW~~~ after lotsa sweat n blood (really! i cut my finger) i fixed it... thou theres some wierd noises now and then... lol better pray the next cd dun explode inside it... or its gonna be hell for me again...
