STRESSED!!! stupid armskote... no time for myself today... not even time to pack stuff... kns... all those paperwork... haiz... n with my buddy bossing me around... i cant take it anymore!!! :S n somemore i havent found a date... n if i dun find one its 3 extra!!! WTF!!! 3 weekends burnt!!! HOW HOW HOW?!?!?!?! that will make my grand total to 6 extras... which i only served 1 so far... another 2 more coming up... SIANZ!!!

Feeling irritable? Remind yourself that this, too, shall pass. It may be trite, but it's also true. If you make an effort to deal honestly with your feelings, they just might clear up more quickly because of it.
The more you can open up with others, the more connected you become. Love happens when two people can explore each other's vulnerabilities and still feel safe. A new emotional outlet gives you more energy.
