1ST OCS BOOKOUT!!!!
OMFG!!! im finally out! 3 weeks of hell... mentally, physically and emotionally torturing...
haha yeah so we did lotsa shit in camp... like we got turnout at 4am to go for the confidence jump off the 5m high diving platform wearing long 4 then climed up the ocs tower 265 steps... den we played with the MOPP 4 suit which is for chemical defence. damn uncomfortable... den wear it with the gas mask and went into a gas chamber filled with tear gas. then we had to do some exercises inside to make sure we donned the suit properly. then we also had to take off our mask n shout out our name n ic no before we can exit. walao now i noe the power of tear gas.... not funny sia. hahaha yeah
every morning 5bx with run... den pt lesson very wierd one... got "power run" which is run up the hill in 40 sec, interval training 1 round 1:40 n now getting lesser, sbo staircase run... 10 sets of 10 pushups with the push up bar then followed by 10 sets of 6 pullups... omg...my arms r JELLY!!! hahaha yeah well theres lots more but damn lazy to put here la
finally can use the com le... hahaha theres INTERNET TOO!!! woohoo!!! hahaha yeah the whole place is like a hostel la... 2 man bunk, com, kitchenette etc... hahaha lectures too! almost like back to school...
mentally torturing comes when we got lack of slp and lotsa lectres... den when the training gets really tough, the mind starts to wonder if u should really stay on in ocs... oh btw i dio the most siong wing in ocs... alpha... kns... my wing commander is commando one lor... hahaha anyways, its really testing ur will power to stay on in ocs... which someone from my plt did not managed to do... he went AWOL (absent without official leave) aka run away from camp... 1st time in ocs history... yeah so he went to DB for 1 day la... now OOC le... haiz... now u noe how tough the training is huh...
then came the emotional part... maybe im just thinking too much yeah... but i think its gonna be more or less answered by tonight... im more or less prepared for the worst case scenario la... so later who wanna go DRINKING!!! hahaha yeah n there was parents visit on the 1st oct... 2nd week into ocs.. i actually cried when i saw my parents... :( haha it was an emotional time for me... n they really gave me lotsa lotsa support telling me the suffering is all worth it and to pull thru the whole course... i felt much better after crying thou... all those bottled up feelings just all out... makes it so much better for myself... the whole time i have been going thru a roller coaster ride of emotions... ups and downs... when theres lotsa admin time, my mind starts to play mind games... tts when i actually feel damn low... n when the training is fun i feel good... so its really a trying period for me then... so after tt i went to show my parents around the whole place... damn nice view at the top of ocs tower... haha i'll post up the pics next time yeah... haha den when sending them off... it was another tear jerking time for me... yeah n now i kinda feel what gabriel CY told me... when the training gets really tough, u start to call ppl that u wanna confide in... =X yeah so i just wanna thank everyone who has been giving me the support i needed when i was at my darkest time yet... but im much much better now le... hahaha :D
oh well i just finished my 3d2n leadership field camp which started on wed... so we went to rambutan hill to stay for the camp... its a navigation course btw... so we had a compass each... so learnt abt the compass and pacing... den we had day campass test which was fucked up... the area was so damn uneven! slopes, holes, everything la! kns... luckily i passed the day test... :P then got nite compass test... so dark! luckily got moon tt nite... but still damn dark... passed as usual la.. hehe yeah den next day had operation hercules... something like sit test la... yeah i was the 2ic for the river crossing station... damn we onli managed to get some ppl across... so we kinda failed... but had the best plan by far... given more time we could have crossed la... n so we failed n had to all get wet... boots filled with water... sucks man... changed uniform never felt so good... hahaha but boots... haha luckily i brought spare insoles... smart hor! yeah den had nite navi... once again with fbo... the only wing tt did it with fbo la... haha den nite time had haze so we went back to wing line... haha all of us so happy... tot can slp well... so slept at midnite... den kena turnout at 1am... kns fucking sleepy la... yeah den had to change to fbo and kena tekan like fuck... camo on camo off etc... pour water on ourselves... den had to do some questions oso... shagged liao how to think sia! den had to casevec around the whole safti... kns... damn heng no rifle n smoke grenade n thunderflash... hahaha cos we all return le... :P but still damn shagged... lug the damn stretcher with boon on top... damn shagged la... den after tt had some parade... n den had a section sharing session... give a talk on a subject for 5 mins... kns... all sleeping la... hahaha oh well so i onli had less than 5 hrs slp in 3 days... kns... den had lotsa admin time... i spent it doing equipment cleaning... others went to slp... fuck sia... hahaha den had lotsa crap like area cleaning, swim etc... den BOOKOUT!!! hahaha so happy! hahaha so went home n unpacked... den went to bai bai.... den to bedok to massage... damn shiok... slp like pig oso... hahaha so went home n slp... woke up at 12+... slp never felt this good! WAHAHAHA!

SUPER SUAY DAY...
SUAY!!! well not for me la... for soo chan... haiz... neways directed my mom to safti cos she dunno the way there... den picked up soo chan from her doorstep cos she pikachu... i mean pai ka... :P well went to heeren den walked to paragon to buy plasters for her foot... watched a busker play the drums... super pro sia the kid... hes onli 7 yrs old too... ethan ong is his name i think... yeah den went to taka orchard library n sit down read book... drink chocolate... waited for yy n cl to come... den went to ding tai feng for dinner... we gave her a lucky 4 leaf clover necklace... :D den went shopping at taka... walked thru the rain... haiz this is when the suay-ness comes... so sc bought a green top at zara... den after paying for it n walking towards mandrin... realised the bag was missing! omg... den walked back thinking the bag was on the counter or something... walao... it wasnt there lor... kns... it like disappeared or something sia... even i dun even recall if i even saw her carrying the bag or not... kns... den nvm la... she looked quite upset too... tried to cheer her up... haiz... so went to heeren n shop for earrings... :P bought a nice one... made with crystals la, hand made la, one of a kind la etc... oh well bought it anyways... yeah den went home... shared cab with sc... kns... finding a cab in orchard got so hard meh! kns... wait so long... neways sent her home 1st... made sure she made it to her place safely ba... den back to my place... haha the taxi driver oso was like quite chatty... told me to tell sc to think of happy thoughts... haiz... not gonna be around for 3 weeks... hope and pray that everyone will be safe and healthy... n see u all in 3 weeks time!!! POSTING DAY!!! OCS HERE I COME!!!
OMGOMGOMG!!! soooo wierd... today is posting day... n actually i was told we can check it online at 12noon... but then surain called me at 10 and said can check le... so he helped me check mine... i was so sure i was going sispec... but then he said congrats mother fucker... u r in OCS!!! i jumped outta bed n rushed to on my com cos that fucker surain is a prankster! haha but low and behold! OCS!!! OMFG!!! my mom tot my room was on fire... screaming away so loudly... hahaha yeah so only 5 ppl in my plt got into ocs... n im like super amazed i got in! cos there was sham who was company best, shaun who was plt best, jiang was 2nd best and lionel was prolly 3rd... kns... n i was keeping a low profile most of the time lor... haha think even platoon sergeant dunno me... LOL oh well happy sia... smiling the whole day... ahahaha msg ppl like crazy... hahaha happy day for me... hehe even sergeant kelvin congratulated me... even told me to come back tekong n fuck the csm... hahaha :X oops...

4 MORE DAYS TO POP OH!!!
YEAH!!! just another 4 more days!!! hehehe neways last week was comex week! haha went n got myself a webcam!!! :D haha fun shit... yeah so this week was kinda hectic... had ippt final test... so nervous sia... cos i really really wanted to get a silver... n it was just 1 more pullup for a silver... just gotta do 8... i only did 7 for the past few ippt tests... but listened to hong rei's advice and used my SBO and packed it up with 2 full waterbottles, poncho, 4 rations and a leg weight of 5kg all strapped to it and do pullups... roughly i think it weighed abt 10kg... hahaha n MAN it WORKED! hahaha i did 11 pullups!!! OMFG!!! stunned sia O_O i just mount the bar thinking i can onli do 7 den had to push past my limit for the 8th one... but who knew i did 11!!! the 12th one was 1 head away too! hahaha happy sia... n my SOC timing kinda shitty... 11:53... sucks sia... should have ran in the beggining and should not strap my rifle to the sbo... jam there n try to unsling for like damn long la... sianz... den thurs had 24km route march... fucking hell dragon coy conducting... DAMN SLOW LIKE TURTLE SIA!!! fat asses so slow... troops crawling sia! fucking hell oso dunno how to calculate distance properly... confirm marched more than 24 lor... at least 28 sia! ccb... somemore so slow pace n the dragon and kestrel fatasses got so many fallout... PUSSIES!!! so many times i was telling my sergeant to overtake them... but cannot... cos dragon was the conducting and only they can be in front to set the pace... fuck sia... both welfare coy... D and K... when we stop for 5 min break after 2km, they take off everything n sit on the floor... which only occurs when u finish 2 more km and have a 15 min break... the 5 min break u stand with everything on... PUSSIES!!! neways heres a little tip if u dun wanna suffer during 24km rm... have like a medical history of something... like asthma or heat stroke... den they will give u a white tape to tie on ur helmet and a lightstick and u march in front... which is like so much easier than marching behind... yeah or alternatively just march in front... just that u dun have the lightstick which is soooo fun at night... hehehe n the white band with alot of shit like mine saying "u slow turtle!" behind my helmet... :P hahaha ah well was quite a good march... gonna miss my platoon mates... though not all of them... especially one who got us fucked upside-down again for eating gum... fucking moron... ah well... hes just like tt... a CB recruit... hahaha

BORED~~~ yeah friggin bored... so went for a run last nite... damn full sia... almost vomited out... hahaha so slow oso... clocked 12min flat... die sia... nvm la i think 8 pullups can le... pray hard i can do 8 on mon sia... ippt test on mon... :S sigh... worst part is that hr got platoon best recruit... n he only passed ippt, soc and didnt even got marksman... 2 MORE WEEKS!!!
WOOHOO!!! 2 more weeks!!! yeah so last sunday i went to esther's place for her birthday party... haha gave her a pooh puzzle that i made in camp :P hahaha n boy! her dog meow meow is soooo cute!!! ahahahaha theres lots more nicnames... like happy carrot n jia jia... lol but meow meow is still the wierdest... cos its like for cats... n shes a dog... duh! hahaha neways played some tennis... long long time since i last played... :S den had lunch at loy kee chicken rice... den went for a swim... eh more like a dip in the pool hahaha yeah so den i had to leave... booking in... :( sigh... hahaha but this whole week was kinda slack... well thurs was supposed to have IPPT... thank god it rained! hahahaha i was soooo nervous! but it rained and rained and rained the whole day! so much so that it was FREEZING! hahaha snow city in tekong... :X anyways, that night was a thurs nite... :S stupid buddy of mine playing games... hiding here n there and scaring the living daylights outta everyone... n hes indian too... extra scary cos... u noe y la.. hahaha ya so fri was SOC DAY!!! omfg... now i noe y we sing "SOC, si beh jia lat!" luckily i passed... so 100% will be in catB... ran my guts out the last 600m sia... ended up 2nd in my section! woohoo! hahaha wa but the low wall after the 700m rundown not funny sia... hahaha cos if u fail an obstacle, u gotta take off ur no. tag... n omfg... i was the 8th wave to go for SOC and there was like a pile of tags on the floor already!!! 3 MORE WEEKS TO POP!!!
YEAH!!! just 3 more weeks to go!!! haha happy like shit now... so much admin time too... just slack in bunk... play monopoly etc... :X haha n some training... like a 4km jog in the jungle in the morning... quite simple... not shagged... and another 3km jog around the track... like a breeze... hehe... oc nite was hilarious! hahaha n the magic show was wonderful... cos we have a magician in our company... he does it every weekend or so la... so hes really good at it... haha amazed too! yup n last nite got kinda freaked out... cos i was makin a call around midnite... n its a thurs nite la... u noe tt kinda stuff... i had my head under the pillow while talkin on the phone... i swear i heard slippers shuffling outside my corridor... den one of my section mates started sleep talking! O_O walao eh... ball shrink sia! hahaha well found out tt it was my friends walking around midnite la... ya so nvm la... talked about some stories too... haha scary shit... esp the nasi lemak auntie and her small kid... :S hahaha ok shall not talk anymore la... 3 more weeks to POP!!! hahaha n bluddy hell i cant get that last pullup!!! LOCKER PARADE & STAND-BY UNIVERSE!!!
WOOHOO!!! bookout!!! hahaha slack week sia... alot of admin time... so much until i dun even feel like sleeping sia... :S hahaha so i did sudoku! haha addictive till my brain almost went flat... esp on thurs... cos we booked out to go for a parade at pasir laba camp... walao eh... everyone there is so high rank lor... even get to see a star sia... hahaha yea so thurs was super slack for us... but i did so much sudoku till i was brain dead by nite time... hahaha but wait! the best part comes on friday...
so fri was haircut day... and being the duty platoon... we have to sweep up the hair in the training shed la... den went to bathe etc... so suddenly the whole company's section 4 was called down... y? cos someone threw a can of soya bean down... but the sir dunno from which floor... after much physical punishment... n nobody owning up to it, section 3 was called down cos the can might have been blowned towards section 4... same treatment... same outcome... so this time whole company fall in... same treatment... same outcome... for abt 1hr plus... then comes the ultimate punishment... choose either: bring down the lockers and line them up in the field, or stand-by universe... which is a complete check on the locker, bed, personal grooming etc and anyone caught with illegal items will get it la... so he told us to "vote" with our eyes closed... n those who didnt vote for any were asked to stand up... so these ppl got fucked... and cos they cant make a simple choice, he chose for all of us to drag out our lockers in the corridor in 10mins... pity me sia... cos im the corridor cleaner... the tiles were badly scratched... dust all over... metal dust from under the lockers etc... :S but damn suay... sham got his head cut by the locker hook... only then (i think) then the sir stopped and told us to fall in and get back to our bunks and slp... tmr morning then push back the lockers... haha funny thing was that hawk coy was standing there at their corridors watching the whole thing after their lights out... k oso kena fucked by their sergents... hahaha... ah well... lotsa ppl wanted/called the SAF hotline... i just went to slp... hahaha n then i woke up in the middle of the nite... thinking that it was just a bad dream... but when i saw the lockers all outside... i was like... haiz... its not a dream afterall... hahaha
yea so then woke up at 515 n started pushing all 13 lockers back... haha what is 5BX man!!! its NOTHING compared to early morning "weights training" hahahaha personally i kinda find it funny... but of course it was too harsh of a punishment given that it was just a can... that was being blown up cos it could be "killer litter" hahaha yeah so then had breakfast... crappy sia... best part was they served soyabean milk... kns... fucked up... hahaha yeah then started area cleaning for standby universe... kns... the tiles... scratched so badly... black scratch on a yellow and light blue tile... almost impossible to get rid of sia... we had to resort to using almost everything we could think up of... the best was still the SAF insect repellant... it melts plastic did u noe tt? hahahaha but still had to scrub like siao... i scrubbed for at least 2+hrs sia... then mass area cleaning... flip the bed la... walls la... etc... almost like spring cleaning... hahaha yea worst part was that we were told if the fella who threw the can did not own up, we cant bookout! O_O ahahaha but personally i didnt really bother... y? firstly cos its quite a big thing to confine a whole coy last min... secondly im single... hahaha k that was outta point... but true wad... yea so we survived the standby and now here i am... bookedout! hahaha

FIREWORKS :D
HAHAHA! once again out shopping... bought the tokyo drift ost... some good shit in tt soundtrack... haha esp the 1st song... :D yea den went to pool junction to play some pool wif jay n jz... lol long time no see them... yea den went to watch click... once again at the grand cathay! :D yay great show... real funny... last part was a tear-jerker man... eyes watering le... :( hahaha getting emotional sia... :X hahaha den squeezed into the train... missed 2 trains sia... n walked to marina square to watch the last day of the fireworks... the last part was awesome! hahaha amazing stuff... too bad i forgot to bring my digi cam... :( shucks... haha den walked to bugis n den went home...
IPPT DIAGNOSTIC TEST & 12KM ROUTE MARCH
MAN! i actually passed my ippt!!! woohoo!!! but i missed silver by 1/8th a pullup and 3 seconds from my running... :( i did proper pullups lor... did onli 7... last one ALMOST did it... sigh... but its a great improvement since the last ippt of 4 pullups :D haha den maintained my situps at 40 cos its 5pts, shuttle run shaved off 0.1 sec to 9.9 :D another 5pts haha n SBJ increased from 216 to 225 :D hahaha better still 2.4km run from 12:50 to 11:43... missed it by 3 seconds lor... or else get 3pts... now total onli get 17 pts... :S TRAIN HARDER!!! hahaha nvm la the 11:43 was at a jogging pace... hehe
12km route march was kinda ok... cos the field pack was LIGHT! amazing! hahaha or have i gotten stronger? hmmmm lol ah well onli got lotsa blisters on my feet n abrasions on me thighs as per usual... den rushed like crazy to bookout at 2100... we marched back at 1930... 1hr to do everything... eat dinner, area cleaning, pack up and wash up... omg... somehow i managed to do it... hahaha but marched so fast to the ferry terminal... walao... double quicktime lor... :S siaoness...

NATIONAL DAY!!!
YAY! this means BOOKOUT! hahaha but quite a hard earned one... did BAC today... basic assault course... rained quite heavily last nite... freezing cold sia... used my blanket for the 1st time... lol cos it STINKS! neways, the ground was wet... so we leapord crawled, baby crawled and back crawled in the mud... -_- haiz... n somemore have to whack the dummy enemy... sianz... but what the hell... bookout! hahaha so dad came to fetch me home to take a shower n bai bai... u noe for wad la... den went to marina square for dinner... which was jam packed... so ended up eating at the oriental hotel melt world cafe... had tendori set... quite nice... lol den sat along the fountain to watch the fireworks :D so pretty n nice! hahaha den made my way against the tide of ppl towards esplanade... wa... the phone network cockup sia... too many ppl msging n calling... network busy... somehow met esther by chance... haha n its so easy to spot me... "r u wearing the blue beanie? look to ur left..." ahaha n said tt i slimmed down alot... :D hahaha good physique... like lifeguard or something... lol anyways, went over to find bh... den cl n sc came... went for a walk... towards lao pa sat... had beer n satay... den walked back to stone for awhile... den shared a cab wif sc... now kinda stoned... bed is calling... nites!

SIT TEST!!!
SIANZ... 3 days of outfield... aka situational (sit) test... for those who like me wanna go command skool, this is the time to shine! lol yeah so damn shagged la... 8km RM there... the 1st 4 click was easy... partially cos we were marching on the road... the next 2 click was on sand and i was like "when will we reach camp?" cos its so friggin far... n sandy... cos everyone was kicking up sand... made it look like desert storm sia... LOL den finished the last 2 click den had lunch... had lecture on knots, hitches and lashings... scouts here will have an advantage for sure... hahaha den practice wad we learnt... split up into detail level and i was in the last detail "M" mike/mohawk etc... so crappy... my job in the group was LAW gunner... LAW stands for Light Anti-tank Weapon... FUCK BALLS!!! its a 4+kg rocket launcher kinda weapon... on top of my rifle and SBO... kns... n im like one of the smaller sized ones there... den we learnt ou r job scope... the LAW is a 1 shot 1 use kinda thing... lol so if u miss... GG! hahaha yea so set up barsha den dinner den powder bath... slept with shirt unbuttoned all the way... thank god nothing bit me... cos the area there has centipedes n rats... sandflies too... nothing much la... hahaha just tt the sea breeze is wonderful... the field toilet view facing mainland is amazing... and once again the tekong skies with the beautiful moon n stars... omg... wad a sight...
next day 4km route march with my LAW... -_- sux sia... den SIT TEST STARTS!!! hahaha 6 missions... kinda easy if u think of it now... but when u r so shagged u cant really think tt well... n time limit somemore! hahaha i had to leapord crawl with my LAW too! -_- sian sian sian ah well shagged day but nothing as bad a field camp... thank god dun need to camo on... 2 words i never wanna hear till the end of BMT... hahaha powder bath was crazy... our sir went crazy! i finished the whole can of new prickly heat sia!!! balls freezing... cold till i was shivering... all thanks to the sea breeze... hahaha ah well last powderbath in bmt ma... might as well make it memorable... quoted from our sir... lol did guard duty tt nite too... admiring the tekong skies once again...

lol well this was a hectic week... begining of the week got live grenade somemore... once in a lifetime experience... the grenade was kinda loud but nothing beats the high explosives... cos if the grenade dun explode within 30 sec... its SOP to wait 30 min before the demo ppl comes in to blow it away... lol n THAT was powerful! hahaha ah well another packed week... and another 5 more weeks till POP!!! WOOHOO!!! hahaha took cab home... i only reached home for like 5 mins... bathe n unpacked my stuff... kns sc's cab come liao... hahaha so went to bh's place for steamboat dinner... catch up with each other etc... den bh drove all of us home... :D

WOOHOO! out finally... this whole week has been CRAZY!!! so damn shagged... everyday doing ET run, den got IPPT cat test... managed to get 14 pts... kinda little... but compared to the rest should be alot ba... :P hahaha coughing like mad too... this whole week in tekong no cat 1... FUCK SIA! den fri train in the rain somemore... cos no thunder so can resume training... __ but nvm la... lotsa shit happened... like a heli-evac for some guy in orion coy whom i heard was digging trench den went into fits... some ppl say he was pushing something away... if u noe wad i mean... somemore it was a thurs nite... digging trench thru a thurs nite during u-noe-wad-month... siaoness sia... :S ah well... i too heard foot shuffling sounds in the bunk on fri nite... so did a few others... my buddy still the best... wake up n see nothing but when he went back to slp, the sounds resumed... FIELD CAMP!!!
WOOHOO!!! i survived 7 days of field camp!!! hahaha n now im 70kg!!! hahaha n now im up to 5 pullups outta nowhere too!! lol so yeah field camp was really fun... took lotsa pics too! hahaha but havent got them from my buddy... prolly i'll post it up when i get them... lol

breakfast... i found a can of tuna... yes tuna! in my pack... lol tuna never tasted this good... lol... den more lectures, n practicals on wad we learnt... so we learnt with our section... with our seccom serg aragon... omg... it was HELL! super super shagged... n leopard crawl upslope 40m sia... omfg... n the rest of the coy were slacking... they onli trained 2 hrs... we trained for 5hrs... nowonder nobody was in sight... all slacking in camp... kns... den had stand 2... almost fell asleep... lol den ghost walk at nite... saw lotsa fireflies...
day 3
stand 2 again... we actually had to brush teeth! hahaha but never again after that... lol den lecture, went to have a shit in the field... lol quite an experience esp cos the flies are like HUGE!!! n some mofo never cover up his shit... n there was like 50+ flies on that pile of shit man... hahaha nvm den RAIN!!! ZZZZZ learnt tt our barsha was not good enuf to withstand the rain... so got drenched... morale super low... sianz... practiced the same stuff in the mud this time... sianz... but this time with blanks! haha so fun! n once again ran around the campsite... so shagged... dinner den powder bath... n took wierd pics of us all white with powder... like ju-on sia! stand 2 in mud again... sianz... n its a "clean" set of uni oso lor... den rushed to break camp n fall in... walao... so chaotic... den wait around for tonner to fetch us to FIBUA village for technical break... thank god we have tonner to fetch us around... cos the normal bmt batch will have to route march with FBO to next camp site... not that far la... abt 10k +/- nia... around 10 mins via tonner... :P hahaha so reached FIBUA village den crammed 1 plt in 1 room... walao... look like refugee camp sia... so dark, dusty, humid, hot n stuffy!!! kns... den helped out in setting up cons wire in new campsite... quite fun too! lol den clean rifle... had fresh rations too! i never had a hot meal in 3 days... n somehow it tasted GOOD! lol den had a "bath" using 2 pails of water... in the open plus all the cameras taking pics of us nekkid~~~ lol den dunno wad happen to me... left my rifle un-attended... so kena kapoed by serg yy... kns... so malu... hahaha brain must be shuttin down le... n saw somethin wierd... not gonna say it here... haha den star gazed at nite... it was a wonderful sight... nothing like the sky back in sg... hahaha slp on concrete... something slightly better den the ground... lol

took a shit in the darkest (pitch black sia) and most smelliest toilet by far... u noe some nutcase shitted in the URINAL!!! YES THE URINAL!!! wtf... the worst toilet i ever been to is not in malaysia anymore sia... its in tekong! hahaha den packed FBO n marched to oil palms plantation... abt 500m away nia... lol den set up barsha TWICE!!! cos sergent not happy...lol den wait around for our turn for the test on wad we learnt the past few days... rained again... slack in barsha... watch ocs ppl play war games oso... den COA came by... hahaha so many stars wor! on his shoulder tt is... ahaha cooked maggi mee!!! OMG BEST THING EVER!!! hahaha warm food with enough salt to make u have hypernatremia hahahaha den powder bath... wore back same uni as yest... :P just wait... i wore it for 4 days straight... :P hahaha den had guard duty... nothing much la... just saw ocs ppl play wargames again at nite... cos there was a low flare... very nice... orange light... haha must be a trap den they fell for it... lol

break barsha den did our test... too easy... hahaha cos sergent aragon training was way way tougher than this... lol he was best PT in sispec did u noe? shot LOTSA LOTSA blanks!!! hahaha soooo fun! lol yea so den helped keep up the cons wire... den had the best tonner ride by far! hahaha cos i sat in the front... SHIOK! hahaha esp the bridge part... SO COOL! hahaha n the driver was like colin mcrae sia... lol hahaha den had fresh rations again... shiok sia... den started digging our graves aka shellscrape... lol damn shagged cos must dig with helmet, SBO and rifle sia... kns... somemore must put on camo sia! WTF!!! bluddy shagged but got it done quite fast... just abt 3 hrs or so ba... dig with a ET stick... lemme explain wat that is... its a mini chunk-coal (is tt the rite spelling? ahaha who cares!) yea its like onli a 30cm long stick or so... try digging something that must be so deep that u lie inside prone position n ur ass does not stick up den ur whole body must be straight plus wide enuf for ur rifle to be by ur side... n ur field pack goes behind ur foot... n it must be even deeper such that the top of the field pack is level with your foot during prone position... aiya! its just fucking deep and fucking tiring to dig la! kns... so yeah i dug it quite fast... so den i started on the fire trench... which is even worse! but this time have shovel n a real chunk-coal... but must dig so deep... the chest height of the tallest person in the section... 1.86m... bluddy hell... n abt 2.5m long n 1m wide... FINALLY!!! hahaha last day!!! hahaha filled up the grave n fire trench... in 15 mins!!! WTF!!! 5hrs to dig n 15 mins to cover up... SUCKS SIA! hahaha but who cares! lol waited for tonner again... :P this time each section had a tonner for ourselves! hahaha but onli for plt 2... hehe great ride again... cos most of the tonner rides r crammed like a can of sardines... ahahahaha so now onli 11 of us in a tonner... shiok! went to BIC grounds... leopard crawl in sand and stones abt 100m+ sometimes have to back crawl... n theres a GPMG (general purpose machine gun) shooting over ur head... nothing much just lotsa sand in my pants n shirt that ive been wearing for 4 days and underwear... for 2 days... wahahaha den RM 2k back to coy line!!! i couldnt be happier! hahaha nothing can express the joy at that moment of time... finishing all 7 days of field camp... n the RM was like nothing! hahaha the SBO n rifle feels like a part of me already... cos the whole time u gotta wear the SBO, rifle n helmet all around... rifle being the most important of course... tts y they call it ur wife in ns... hahaha back at coy line... cleaned rifle till i almost went mad sia... hahaha somehow its still kinda dirty... cos the blanks have more carbon than live rounds somehow... kns... i shouldnt have shot so many rounds tt day... -_- den had the best shit and bath by far! hahaha packed up everything n BOOKOUT!!! hahaha washed laundry n found a wierd looking thing in one of them... a green looking millipede with huge fangs... wonder where did it come from sia... :S ahahaha!
yep so several things i learn/aquired in field camp...
1. night vision cos its so dark n u r not supposed to use ur torchlight...
2. sleeping in almost any position and anywhere... cos there was like a root on my back n ass for the 1st 2 nites...
3. humans eat warm edible food but u dun need to wash ur hands b4 eating... well tt applies to me la... hahaha
4. humans need showers... or at least a face wash (but u can forgo the brushing teeth part)... something we cant really do... cos our camo is on most of the time n its friggin hard to get rid of... so now my skin is like wierd... n lotsa ppl got heat rash... luckily i dun think i got... no foot rot oso... phew! hahaha
5. the SAF powder is good shit man! hahaha it kept me dry even thou i was hot like hell n running all over the place... not that good in a sense cos im supposed to sweat n let it evaporate to lower my temp... but must drink lotsa lotsa water man...
6. shitting in the open is a great experience... but i wouldnt do it again... hahaha
7. ur mouth is a very useful mixing tool for powdered drinks like milo, pokari sweat n lipton ice lemon tea etc... hahaha just pour some power in ur mouth, drink some water n mix n voila! a nice drink in ur mouth...
8. moving around in wet/2 days old underwear is not that bad if u powder ur balls well enough to make a smoke grenade...
9. use the insect repellant in large amounts... so buy more! n dun be so garang n unbutton ur shirt like me... luckily i got bitten by nothing... i hope...
n lastly 10. ziplock bags can sqeeze much much more than they actually look... n the field pack as well... its just how u fit it in... or squeeze...

BOOKOUT FOR GRADUATION!!! :D
YAY! so happy today... cos yesterday i went for live range... scary at first... shot 3 mags of 4 rounds for zeroing... damn scared cos im a leftie... den the empty rounds deflected off the deflector (onli for lefties) and landed on my arm... n the round is hot one... so like yea i was kinda nervous during the zeroing... and theres much more recoil than IMT and much much louder... plus the added stress of your commander sitting there watching ur every move... AND the different types of IA that can happen to u anytime anywhere... yea so after zeroing i went for my day shoot test... all snap targets so i prayed hard that i didnt have any IAs cos its bad news in snap targets... so i scored 14/16... kinda good i think... :P
then sucked thumb till the whole place was pitch black with just the half-moon lighting the whole place... surprisingly moonlight is kinda nice... and romantic too! hahaha yea so night shoot test... haha now super confident and i shut off the fear of the rounds landing on my arm... got used to the sound and recoil... till it resembled the IMT recoil... hahahaha yea so night shooting was fun cos of the tracer round... makes it look like star wars n if u hit the target it'll light up such that it looks like a firework display! hahahaha yea but the blinking target was friggin dim... n luckily its OTOT cos i had a couple of IAs... including a doouble feeding... O_O scary! cos theres always a chance of chamber explosion n u'll lose ur face and hand in the process :S :S :S to make things worse... im the onli man in the last detail... AKA lone ranger shooting... O_O hahahaha almost forgot abt me also sia...
yup so after the shoot, the sergent announced that i was a marksman! WOOHOO!!! SO HAPPY! i think marksman is 28/32 shots... so i musta missed abt 2 during night shoot then... :P still im happy... though not company best shot... hahaha

SIANZ... book in days r kinda fucked up... nvm so went for lunch with esther at cine at galilee & friends... haha i had salad... can u imagine that! haha cos somehow my system cant really take that much oil nowadays... n i dun really wanna have chicken... cos its chicken everyday in camp! -_- haha but had rootbeer float after that... :P
went to paragon toys "r" us... hahahaha so outta place sia... but felt like a kid once again... took a few pics of me botak... -_- lol den we went to wisma... this time i felt outta place cos it was at a cosmetics shop called the face shop to shop for nail polish... hahaha den went to flash n splash to see some boardshorts... BOOK OUT DAY II
YEAH! feels great to smell sg air... lol lotsa shit happened this week... n finally i can OTOT train at nite after RO le... yay! (otot is short for own time own target used actually in the giving of commands during shooting) yea speaking of shooting... played IMT... so fun! then wed had imt test... missed 2 targets from perfect again! ARGH! hahaha nvm la i'll do better next time cos we did buddha clap n twinkle twinkle little stars b4 the test... hand super weak by then... lol wed also did 3km route march... too easy... but quite tiring oso la... going to lose my voice soon... bluddy tekong cough... must be the water la...
thurs i volunteered to do guard duty! hahaha so we took part in the flag lowering parade... really great experience... den i got the post of prowler... which is the pair that walks around the school... the evening shift not that scary... but the nite shift... omg... there are several areas so dark i cant see my hands! hahahaha n some areas just sends chills down my spine... didnt see "anything" la but heard lotsa stories pertaining to my coy cos its the nearest to the jungle... correction, next to the jungle... hahahaha yea so the only wierd things that happened to me n my buddy was the knocking sounds behind the metal barrier and the walkie talkie giving out screeching sounds... :S but too shagged to bother... just wanna finish my shift... lol so now i got blistered feets... sob sob... somemore they never let us have our guard rest... still gotta do friday's training... SHAGGED!!! haha but somehow i managed to pass the first aid test! esp the CPR part... scored full marks! hahaha but still im not certified to do it la... so dun go fainting on me anytime soon... lol

BOOK OUT BOOK OUT DAY!
WOOHOO!!! IM BAAAAACCCCK!!!~~~ LOL so its been 2 weeks instead of 3... my bad... lol yep went to tekong resort... really! its really like a resort sia! the view is AWESOME! every meal time i'll stand n admire the view out to sea with sg island in the horizon... lol its really like a resort la... white sandy shores, great sea breeze, sleepable beds n edible food... but abit bland... yea so 2 weeks in ns... really fun... cos its "love week" aka no pushups n all the commanders have a smiling face on... -_- slack training too... zzz yea so i washed my laundry everyday handwash somemore... better den a maid sia... lol area cleaning oso... machiam maid training camp... WAHAHAHA! yea so im in G company... gryphon! haha like harry potter sia... :P n its like im in skool 3... cos its the FRIGGIN FURTHEST FROM EVERYTHING!!! LOL yea so summarise tekong wif 3 D's : dirty (vulgarities and everyone stinks) diseased (everyone somehow has the coughing bug... i call it the tekong cough... lol) dusty (area clean den 1hr later u see dust again... think the sergant open a bag of dust every hr or so sia... LOL)
neways go tekong is to feed mozzies man... i got like 60 bites on 1 leg... the other almost abt there oso.. sianz... my leg like mutilated liao... sob sobx!

6th day... vaccinated on both arms! ccb... the medic SUX! n had polio vaccination oso... tastes like stale vodka... LOL
7th day... learnt that buddha clap is HARD! try stretchin ur arms by ur side parallel to the floor den lift up above ur head n clap n back to parallel again... do that for 40 counts of 4... den hold there till ur serg happy... -_-
8th day kiwi my boots till they friggin shine! almost can do upskirt! :X LOL
9th day went to see live firing demo... damn cool! went in to the jungle thru tekong highway to the range via tonner... hahaha its like a rollercoaster ride man...
10th nite... got my wife aka rifle on 2nd week in a weapon presenting parade... tugged so many times... my pc is a damn joker la laugh somemore... lol den i tugged sooo hard it whacked into my chest... lol wa but it was held at nite w/o lighting... can see sg island n changi airport control tower... view was SOOOO SCENIC!
11th day tried out some SOC obstacles: low wall (easy shit) parallel bars (easy too) jump over barbed wires (u gotta be kidding me...) gate (kinda scary) jacobs ladder (SCARY AT THE TOP but fuck it just cheong down lol) hill jump (also gotta be kidding me...)
12th day strip rifle time! learnt from my section serg aragon... really tts his name... he was best rec from ninja com sia! best sispec somemore! n SOC timing 7 mins!!! WTF!!! den i helped ouot in armskote... record time of 2:21 sending arms sia!!! still unbeated till now!!! lol
13th day... sprained my calf... zzz n had footdrill somemore... must endure! OCS HERE I COME!!! lol try la... yup n had my 1st swimming lesson... did aqua jog... so fun but damn tiring...
14th day... IMT session 1!!! aka arcade shooting! lol onli did 25m did foxhole position n prone position... 3.1cm, 4.8cm, 3.2cm and 2.8cm gor grouping! (2 fox 2 prone respectively) not bad sia 1st time... den had rifle technical handling test... in FBO (full battle order: bra, helmet, long 4 aka the camo uniform n boots)... i stripped it in 18sec!!! platoon fastest!!! WOOHOO!!! n prolly company fastest too! lol n my 1st time loading magazine 30 rounds within 1min sia... managed to pass it too! woohoo! all my section mates think im like a undercover terrorist sia... cos my weapon handling is like damn pro... i even beat the 2 ncc ppl in my section sia! lalala
15th day! BOOK OUT BOOK OUT DAY! YEAH! but 1st went for IMT 2! did all foxhole pos... 2X 25m, 4X 100m i got 2.2cm, 3.1cm den 10.7cm, 10.0cm, 8.4cm & 8.4cm n all headshot the canadian bull sia! SINGAPORE IDOL, LAST SUPPER, 120th POST
SIGHZ... its tmr... the all expense paid trip to tekong resort... 10am tmr... hahaha so i did some last min packing b4 going to skool for a sinful lunch of kfc wif hr n jz... den went to taka wif hr to buy some batteries for the torchlight n a tube of travel washing detergent...
went home for a while n took a nap den went to watch the singapore idol results show wif esther... hahaha my 1st time at an sg idol live show... kewl! hahaha but we ALMOST couldnt sit inside cos our seats were sort of like the "extra" kind... to fill up seats kind... luckily we got to sit inside n even got a lanyard hahaha
finished the show n we walked out to hail a cab... haha actually the cab came n drop the passenger in front of us... lol so heng... den went to ps to have dinner/supper... cos the sg idol thingy actually starts af 830 but must reach there at 645... was kinda hungry thruout the show... lol not much strength to cheer tt loudly hahaha met up wif bh n cl n had cartel :D thou onli esther n i were the ones eating... so i had the chicken chop... new one... forgot the whole name... den had oreo cheesecake :D YUM! hahaha ok indulge la cos tmr is gonna SUX BIGTIME!!! hahaha n i sorta "loaned" my fav parka (jacket wif a hood) to esther... i dun think i'll be needing it anytime soon these couple of weeks... hahaha

WEEK 9 DAY 2... FAREWELL LUNCH
YAY! yup ran 6 rounds n swam 4 laps... den went to holland v wif danny jz n hr for a farewell lunch treat at spizza :D thanks guys! haha the rest sent their regards so thank u guys too! hahaha next time MoS treat on me!!! GRINDING SESSION!!!
